This place sucks, bought a nozzle from them, order confirmation said $34.00 and they ended up charging me $45.00 AND I never received the item. Probably junk anyways.

I gave it one star just to write this review. Do not order from this company, fist the product was $38 , I was then charged$48 which they say was a systems error. I never received my product it’s been going on 2 months, I reached out to them and they gave me a tracking number in which I then contacted the post office and that tracking number was for a totally different person that a totally different address not even close to my home. The post office emailed me confirmation that the package was never delivered to me and they still won’t reimburse me for the product I purchase, as a matter of fact they have stopped responding to my emails all together. Apparently it’s a scam where they are giving everyone the same tracking number but for different addresses with no product connected . This is from the post office. Do not get scammed they way I did, I will never order from them again. Buyer beware

It has been a month and I still do not have the product I ordered. I am not pleased.

Zero! They sent me parts that did not work. When I contacted them they offered me 3$, not a refund or exchange! SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The pillow is very thin and not fluffy as shown in the ad. It took a month to get it

Item arrived later than expected. Product quality is good. Not sure I would order again. Timeliness seems to be impacted by trade commerce issues.

I got the package. I haven't used it yet because there are no instructions on how to attach it to my hose or anything. So I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it. Doesn't look like either connection connects to a hose like it said in the description.

I only received one set of nail clippers order # 3219968900073173577

The product is excellent and well worth the expense.

My only regret is that I failed to inquire on the power input plug, which is set to the USA standard whereas I reside in Australia, which has a different plug input connection

They actuly do what they addvertise great .

It took many days before the items were packed and then the package advice said it was with American customs for four or five days and that’s all the update advice said each day. Then suddenly, the package was here. It would seen the delivery once things had left the states only took a couple of days, and there was no advice of its progress. I had the package in my hand before there was any advice that it had left the states.
The product itself is excellent

Emailed to change order to a medium, received a reply that it was taken care of but I received smalls and they are too tight
Also did not know they would take almost a month to arrive.

The LIGHTS were not in different colors JUST WHITE

The company kept me updated as to the status of the order and delivery which I really appreciated. Product seems quality.

At first they over charged me made 2 separate charges they only refunded me the separate extra charge not the product cost that was more than shown or approved. The product I received was not what was shown online. Will never use them again horrible experience from start to finish

I actually tried to cancel the order as soon as it was placed only to be told it couldn't be stopped as it had already been filled. I immediately told them I would be returning the order when I received it and I am.
