very clear and intuitive website. i highly recommend the Pararius+ option if you are seriously considering renting - this helps so much with notifications, special and tailored offers and keeping track on saved and applied housing offers. I found my (rented) home!

New apartment in under 2 months in Utrecht
Excellent subscription that allows you to get hold of newly advertised houses before others do. Found a very nice new place in Utrecht within two months, quicker than I figured it would take me to be honest. Do recommend!

I found pararius to be the only website…
I found pararius to be the only website to be able to compete in the competitive housing market. I was looking for a studio in Groningen and the only way I was able to find a place is via the direct notifications from pararius. It is a bit pricy, but definitely worth it
