They sent me a totally wrong item. I refused it and sent it back. I tried to give them the opportunity to send the correct item, but they are giving me such a run around I do not want their product, I want my money back. So far still fighting.

Decent hats , I liked the prints, exactly what I ordered. My only complaint is the shipping time. It took a while for it to be shipped. I wish they had a faster production and shipping time.

When I paid for a personalised baseball cap I paid an additional fee to have the hat done immediately.

There was no update so 10 days later I sent an email asking for an update. I got no response. The birthday I bought the present for has come and gone now.

I still haven't heard anything from them.
