Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The top of the yoga mat is so slippery that I had to buy yoga socks & gloves to do a basic down dog because I couldn’t stop sliding. It’s also very, very thin and provides almost no cushioning on a hard floor. It’s beautiful & makes a nice rug.

Terrible shipping and customer service
Exorbitant shipping that has ZERO thought put into packaging- everything arrives crushed. I paid extra for a "gift box" which was ripped and crushed, just an average brown box not even a brand on it. The item itself was ok, but crushed due to poor protection for shipping. Customer service is abysmal.

I ordered a shirt from this company and…
I ordered a shirt from this company and it never got delivered. It said it was delivered but I never received the product. I emailed the company and they said it was too late for a refund. I asked them for the product. I paid $40. I don’t wanna refund. I just want the product. The company declined. So don’t waste your money because they’ll say it’s delivered and never give you a product horrible company save your money. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could.

I ordered a Welcome Mat titled “But did you call first” I loved it!! Out of all the companies that offers customization it was the closest to our features.. Ive received a few compliments.. Its a thin mat but its soo cute! I plan to order an updated one because the background was too dark.. Found out after ordering there are different backgrounds (my fault). Oh and it arrived quick too.. Faster than other items I ordered that day!! I love it and cant wait to order again!!
