See thru Dresses/Poor Quality and Material

Ordered 2 of the Women's Ruffle Trim Button-Front Mini Dresses (black and white). The dresses are completely see thru, the quality of the material look nothing as pictured. Unwearable and non-returnable without sending back to China.

The pants I received were not the pants I ordered

The pants I received were not the pants shown on the advert. The advert showed the pants made from a heavy material in a style that appealed to me. The pants I received were made of a light material and the pants were a totally different style. I used PayPal to make the purchase, so I used them to help me settle the matter. I was offered either half the purchase price, and I keep the pants or I could return the pants. I opted to return the pants which ended up costing me the price of shipping and not receiving my refund because the company said they hadn't received the pants. PayPal ruled in the seller's favor. I won't use PayPal again either.
I was contacted by Swarous and they apologised for my bad experience and offered to reship my order to me. I said yes and have now received my order. The pants are the same as the pairs I didn't want but at least I have something for the money I paid. For this I am grateful to Swarous and a special mention to TrustPilot!

Didn’t receive my package as yet!

I order my wallet from may 25, 2026 and it’s June 16 and I haven’t received my package as yet. I’m really disappointed! I will never order from this website again I need my refund!

Great service

The service was excellent and fast; Jenny was very service-oriented. Even though I made a mistake, they understood the source of the problem and were very accommodating

These jeans are amazing

These jeans are amazing! I washed then a few times and all the crystals are still attached and still sparkling.
Received several compliments and they are so comfortable! Fun pair to wear too!!❤️

I have been trying to unsubscribe from…

I have been trying to unsubscribe from here for months. I have contacted customer service many times amd always told to go to bottom of page to unsubscribe but there is mot an unsubscribe button. I am so sick and tired of constantly getting nowhere with them. What else can I do?
