I sold my laptop through SimplyUsed and had a very positive experience. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and payment was made promptly. Everything went as expected, and I would use the service again.

Perfectly professional. Everything handled in a timely manner. Before I even could start to refresh my bankingapp the money was already there! Two days later they even managed to send me a screenshot of the IMEI of the phone on my request! Don't sleep on this one!!

The calculator is a clear and fair tool, it deducts or adds fairly as far as I could tell/know.
But then once they have the laptop in possession, the amount changes drastically!
Not 165 euro possible money back, just 20!!
In that email I found pictures of a part of a laptop, half screen, half keyboard. That keyboard what very dirty, mine was never!
Made me question which laptop that was ... but ok.
How do I know .. and I didn't want a lot of hassle.
Next time I think I just throw the old laptop away or hand it over to charity.

I personally wouldn't recommend Simplyused, I am sorry.
But .. there probably will be more of these kind of companies and one has to decide for them selfs if they trust them.
I don't, I tried and I learned to not do this again.

I didn't face any single issue working with them. I sold my MacBook, if u have questions they answer so fast and all went smoothly. Not like some other sites...
Maybe the payment is a bit less than other but u don't get headache

Trade in was super simple, money which was indicative on the website was accurate. I received the same amount, sending the parcel via DHL was super easy. Highly recommend Simply Used!

Honest prices with honest feedback.
I sent in 2 devices. One as used and one as almost new. The almost new one had scratches which I missed. They sent clear pictures where you could indeed see the scratches. They proposed a lower (still honest) price.
Once I approved the prices, I quickly (less than 2 weeks) received the money.

It tooks them 2 months and several mails from me to take a decision to pay the 60€ they promised me. When they send the email that they just payed me, after one week I had to send them an email to ask them why I didn’t get my money on my bank account. At the end, it was ok but it costed me a lot of time and if you don’t ask for your money they wouldn’t pay out.
