I had a problem with my smart phone A50 still under their garantee. Rebuy fixed it and sent it back to me but it did not last more than a week. I resent it and they sent me back another one. All these at no cost for me ! Many thanks !

Like other users here, they falsely claimed that the package arrived empty. How convenient, they get to keep the Apple Watch and not pay out any monies.
Steer clear of this company.

This was an amazing selling experience: I sold them my MacBook and I got a very good price for it. Everything was super fast: I sent the laptop on a Friday and next Friday I had the money in my bank account! Incredible!

Good offer on my mac mini, sending it, the tech assessment and the payment were fast and without bad suprises like I got selling on the other 2 main French companies coming up with reason to drop the offer price despite pictures to prove the state.

I will use rebuy again for more items

Scam Alert – Stay Away from Rebuy!

I sent my MacBook Air M2 (2022) to Rebuy on April 25th. After long delays and poor communication, they falsely claimed it was a 2020 model and offered only 46€ instead of 510€. I refused and asked for a return. The tracking link they provided through La Poste didn’t exist. I later discovered the laptop is being shipped back via DHL from Poland, not Berlin. This entire process is misleading, unprofessional, and suspicious.
I’m still waiting for my laptop. Avoid this platform!

J’ai envoyé mon MacBook Air M2 (2022) à Rebuy le 25 avril. Après des retards importants et une mauvaise communication, ils ont faussement affirmé qu’il s’agissait d’un modèle 2020 et proposé seulement 46€ au lieu de 510€. J’ai refusé et demandé le retour. Leur lien de suivi via La Poste n’existait pas. J’ai ensuite découvert que l’ordinateur est renvoyé via DHL depuis la Pologne, et non Berlin. Tout ce processus est flou, peu professionnel et très suspect.
J’attends toujours mon ordinateur. À éviter absolument !

Poor services ever.I have a very bad experience. I bought a mobile phone from rebuy and sent it fully packed in original box to replace the display glass. But they sent it back to me in a normal box without changing the glass and with some plastic tape on it. Not only did I send the box and warrenty all the details but I contacted the company management and customer service several times but I have not been given any reply or solution.

very nice until you have to deal with cusomer service, phone number doesn't work, never read and replies emails.
bought a fitbit sport watch, didn't worked properly at the first day, I ask to be refund but they are organise in a way you can't communicate with them, they predend doing their job by sending a replacement device but I don't wan't that I just want my money .

Stole one of the two phones I sent, claiming it was never in the box even tho I snapped a pictume of the box before sending it. Didn't have a choice, I had to cancel one of the phone to at least get my money for the second one that was obviously the cheaper one. Stay away from those stealing rats.

Send in an item (mobile Phone) for them to review and maybe sell to them.

They were very transparent about the process and why it was declined in the end. They even recyceled it for me.
