Very poor packing and handling.
The item supplied - although discounted - had clearly been "around the block" (presumably tried and returned by one or more previous customers). The base layer was stuffed in supplier's box - which was already crushed out of shape - and was not contained in a sealed plastic bag or wrapper, well creased due to careless handling. However: tags were intact, and it fitted - so I have kept it. Had it been full price, it would have gone back.

I had a follow up after a bike fit with Andrew Shore, with a bit of 'reverse engineering' to find the optimum frame dimensions based on my position.
Andrew is without doubt one of the very best in an industry littered with very average fitters charging a premium price who think they are 'experts' but are simply trying to sell aero road bikes to leisure cyclists, & who don't ask the right questions when analysing what the customer needs. Andrew has so much experience, quickly understands what you are trying to achieve & keeps the whole process simple. Highly recommended but make sure you get Andrew & don't accept anyone else!

Damn.. the puppy!!
Easy buying and ordering, as this was a replacement for a damaged item(puppy chewed through it!!), replacement was here two days after ordering, free delivery, great service, try to use this shop.. either in store or online, never any problems, competitive on price and availability.
