I am not even giving a one star. I ordered my items and I paid for them way back in June, 2026 and have NEVER received the items! I checked a couple of times and I got the "Your package is on the way" answer and then again when I checked "Your package is in your area" and I have NOT RECEIVED my package to this day in September! They have my money and I have NO RECOURSE. There's no place on their website to apply for a refund! This company is an entire scam!!!!

I ordered some nose rings that was so huge that they would never fit through my nose hole

I should have checked these out before buying what looked like four lovely hair clips ? Unfortunately when they arrived two was broken they was in a little plastic bag with no protection , ie bubble wrapped .
They are cheap tacky rubbish.
I complained and said I want a full refund, they asked for photos and then offered 40% refund 😡 buy at your own risk

This website is a scam. I ordered reading glasses for clothes and far, but they shipped out cheap reading glasses not what they said very upset. I would give it a below one star but unfortunately, I have to get rid of one star would never buy from this company.

Poor quality product. Refused full refund, when contacted the day of delivery.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Zero stars for what I now suspect was a scam. Ordered 8 August 2 sun hats. According to ‘tracking’ they were in airport in USA. It’s now 29th August and …nothing has arrived. Avoid this company like the plague.

These are crooks my order did not even arrive and their answer was to offer me half refund or nothing and even that did not arive they are scammers stay well clear

Unfortunately only 1 star. The glasses I bought were supposed to be unlocked for reading and distance, but they don’t function properly. I can’t see far, so they are unusable for walking or driving.

Ordered 7-21, as of 8-01 still have not received tracking number. Will never order from them again. Wish there was some way to cancell order n get my money back

Completely worthless company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It has been 8 weeks and my order is nowhere to be seen. The tracking info ends at US customs. Emails are answered by AI saying see our FAQ - which states packages should be there in 10-17 days. Charge back has become the only option.

I did not realize items were shipped from overseas. My 2 items were basic, and I have to agree with most reviews of concern. There is no number and just an email. I was ready to dispute the purchase with my credit card, and I let Shoplarke know via email, and my items arrived in a few days. I would not purchase from them again. I will stick with Amazon.

I had a pleasant experience with Shoplarke ordering their reading glasses .when I placed the order they informed me it would take around twelve days before I received them. Spot on time they arrived ,I was able to track their journey all the way .
I rate these reading glasses second to none, brilliant they do a great job at very resonable price,give them a try.

The item showed delivered on the SHOP app. The post office (shipped via USPS) knew nothing of the package. Shoplarke isn't responding to the Email provided.

I ordered 2 wireless phone chargers on June 17th and it is almost 0ne month and they are nowhere to be found.

For the mini food processor very good demo video online but you don't receive the same same product! It's cheap plastic the blade can't cut and all it does is mash onion or garlic. You need to put such small pieces in that you might as well not have the product at all of course they don't want to refund you the money afterwards so big tip don't purchase in the first place.

Never received product. Tracking data showed still in transit. After contacting company tracking suddenly showed it had been delivered and they would not refund or replace.
SHOP should not allow this scam company to use their site.

After two months and several contacts this company suddenly claims my item was delivered 17 days after the order. They even updated the tracking after my complaints. However, I had been taking screen shots of the tracking at 9:06 today, the item was in Berlin but at 9:26 today it had been delivered on May 18th. Total scam, I'm shocked the SHOP app does business with scam company

Ordered an oxygen sensor spacer with catalyst piece to help with P0420 codes. Ordered in mid May and after 4 weeks I get half of the order. Contacted them and they wanted photos. Sent photos. They said they would send the missing piece and thats the last I heard... no tracking number and they haven't answered after I reached out 2 more times. Its been over 2 weeks since last I heard anything. Had to reorder a similar item on a different site. And guess what. Ill receive it in 3 days!!! I would avoid this company unless you enjoy waiting months and not getting a complete order.
