It's nice to see all these happy reviews but what happens when something goes wrong? I recently purchased a doll with an electronic head and the first week I started experience problems with the voice it would go in and out. Cella in customer service department work diligently with the software manufacturers to add some more coins to see if that was a problem it worked for a couple days and then it finally went out completely. I judge companies based on what they do if problems come up and sex doll Queen has got a five-star review for me. Thank you for having my back they have completely replaced the head and I'm back on the road again.

We've ordered twice now from SDQ, once was an in-stock and once was a custom order. Though we had to wait for a while for the custom order, Celia from SDQ helped us every time we sent an email.
The in-stock order was sent quickly from the warehouse and on our doorstep pretty quickly. We were pleased with the service SDQ provided, even though we somehow got the wrong tracking number...that was quickly fixed by Victor on a single phone call.
Celia has helped us on every email even when we had questions for the manufacturer. We would email her, she would reach out to them and have an answer back within a day or two.

The body for the Zelex doll that I ordered was shipped and received rather quick. I received the product in great condition. What I didn't know was that the head was going to ship separately from China and would take awhile to receive. Thankfully when I emailed Celia at Sexdollqueen she was able to reassure me that I would receive the doll head in a separate shipment. Celia was very understanding of my problem and helped in a kind and positive manner. I did receive my doll head and was very happy with the entire product.

Doll very realistic

We ordered 2 dolls here and the process was easy. Unlike a big US based company, you can customize nearly everything about your doll, face, hands, hair, body warming, etc. The website lays out all the choices for you to easily select from.

We did have a small issue in that they sent us the wrong tracking number. I made one phone call and Victor found the issue and fixed it immediately.

We had a couple of questions about one of the dolls and Celia responded to our email within 24 hours to let us know she had sent our video to the factory and was awaiting a response. She sent the response as soon as she had it.

Overall, we really liked working with them and will likely do business with them again.
