The Top-CY Doll I ordered was beautiful. The pictures sent of her customizations we're great, but she looked better in person.
FedEx had damaged the box in shipping. However, when I got the doll out she was pristine and perfect!
The customer service was top notch. They were patient, polite, helpful, went that extra mile to help.
In my opinion they deserve a 6 star rating!

I first contacted SDQ over a year ago as I was considering buying another doll, though, at the time, I was undecided. One of the reasons was that there is now an abundance of manufacturers and dolls to choose from.

Personal circumstances caused me to delay my purchase until earlier this summer. However, during that time, the doll I would eventually order came on the market, so that delay turned out to be fortuitous.

When I contacted SDQ again, I had a number of questions and the advice I received was most helpful. Once I got a few details worked out, I placed an order and the process was a piece of cake.

The doll in question arrived a few days ago and I'm quite satisfied with her.

They're very helpful and patient with my endless questions. Warehouse pickup was nice and easy! Package was an in-stock unit that had just arrived in the same month. Box was pristine, extra wrapped on outside. TopCy Doll itself was also flawless, lucky me! See you for the next purchase!

Be very careful when buying from this company.
The product they send you is not necessarily the one you ordered. After my order was accepted, a woman named Celia emailed me saying that the product I had ordered was not in stock and that it would take at least 12 days to arrive from China before they could send it to me. Instead, she offered to send me something that was currently in stock.
Since I had already paid around €1,400, I felt I had no choice but to accept the alternative.
Eventually, they sent me the product that was in their warehouse, but that was not the end of the story. When I opened the box, I discovered that the product they had sold me had three large holes in it, and the sleeping bag was also torn.
At that point, I started wondering whether the product had been used before. Because of hygiene concerns, I can't even bring myself to use or properly handle it.
I emailed them about the problem, and they told me that they would investigate it. It has now been three days, and they are still "investigating." I emailed them again, but it seems that they are trying to avoid taking responsibility for what happened.
Meanwhile, I am left with a defective product and approximately €1,400 of my money tied up.
Doesn't this sound like a scam to you?

Amazing customer service shipping time was unbelievable I order my products and after 36 hours I received my package that was crazy ... Productivist exactly same as description in the website.

I was looking for a Canadian company to avoid any customs hassles. The website has a wide selection. It was easy to use and has lots of helpful pictures and information. The order was processed right away and I received my doll in only 3 days. It was well packed and looked just like the pictures, no surprises. Prices are very competitive and include tax and shipping.

It's nice to see all these happy reviews but what happens when something goes wrong? I recently purchased a doll with an electronic head and the first week I started experience problems with the voice it would go in and out. Cella in customer service department work diligently with the software manufacturers to add some more coins to see if that was a problem it worked for a couple days and then it finally went out completely. I judge companies based on what they do if problems come up and sex doll Queen has got a five-star review for me. Thank you for having my back they have completely replaced the head and I'm back on the road again.
