I have spent literally hundreds of dollars on adult toys, specifically women's. I should rephrase that and say I have wasted hundreds of dollars in adult sexual toys for women. I myself am a woman who is stimulated more so culturally than internally. I was for lack of a better word blown away at the success of this mechanism. I am a woman that is not easily stimulated and has become very frustrated over the years due to this. I have tried everything I could possibly get my hands on to achieve this. Products were not as expected, terrible customer service and return policy
Products were not as expected. I wanted to return them on the 30 day return policy but was informed I could not as I had opened the plastic packaging (which is obviously what a customer needs to do to try on the product), yet I left all tags on and repackaged it well. Then when I went to speak with an agent, three times to be exact, there was no one available each time. I have given up trying to reach anyone and will have to "eat the costs" although I'm unhappy with the products. I would have been interested in future purchases, but will never again because of the terrible customer service and terrible return policy.
