I recently completed the PSPO-AI Essentials training and had a fantastic experience. The course was incredibly well-structured and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to engage with the material. I gained valuable insights into new AI tools and their practical use cases. Notably, the training was so clear and logical that I felt fully prepared for the exam without needing to memorize course documents. I highly recommend this class to any Product Owner looking to expand their skillset.

I genuinely loved the Professional Scrum Master – AI Essentials training with Mehdi Hoseini.

The class gave me a much clearer understanding of how AI can be practically integrated into the day-to-day work of a Scrum Master — not simply as a collection of tools, but as a way to become better at what we already do and to continuously improve the value we bring to our teams and organizations.

One of the things I found particularly valuable was how the course clarified the ways AI can support us in our roles while also challenging us to think about how the role of the Scrum Master is evolving. As AI takes over or accelerates some of the more administrative and repetitive aspects of our work, our focus and responsibilities increasingly shift toward the areas where human judgment, facilitation, coaching, leadership, critical thinking, and creating an environment for effective collaboration matter most.

Mehdi did an excellent job of making these changes tangible and practical. The combination of concepts, real-world examples, discussions, and hands-on exercises made the learning experience engaging and immediately applicable. I left the class with not only a lot of new information and practical ideas, but also a better sense of what we should be paying attention to as Scrum Masters in an AI-enabled world.

I especially appreciated the practical perspective on how we can use AI thoughtfully to enhance our effectiveness rather than simply using AI for the sake of using it. The course provided a great “heads-up” on where things are heading and encouraged us to think proactively about how our roles, responsibilities, and ways of working may evolve.

Mehdi created a very open, engaging, and positive learning environment, and his knowledge and enthusiasm for both Scrum and AI really came through throughout the training.

I highly recommend this course — and Mehdi as a trainer — to any Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile professional who wants to understand not only what AI can do, but how we can use it responsibly and effectively to become better at what we do.

Very helpful training with a lot of dedication of the trainer. Instead of showing a Powerpoint presentation we worked with posters and drawings which helped me better understand the topics explained.

Although I was the only one in attendance, this was a perfect opportunity to grasp Scrum fully, and learn how I could improve in my current role as a Scrum Master. Ian was an excellent facilitator! He has many stories to tell, and made it theatrical, keeping my attention at all times! He was open to questions and clearly explained things to me when I wasn't sure of something!

I had a great learning experience with Sumeet Madan Sir during the 2-day PSPO I certification training. What stood out to me was how practical and engaging the sessions were. The concepts were explained with real-world examples, which made them much easier to understand and apply.

The AI Product Management session was especially valuable. We worked on a real problem - the uncertainty and anxiety many mid-career professionals feel about becoming irrelevant because of the rapid growth of AI. I built CareerShift AI, an MVP focused on helping professionals understand how AI could impact their careers and what they can do to stay relevant.

The best part was going through the entire product journey - from problem identification and idea framing to defining the solution and building the MVP - in just a couple of hours. It was amazing to see an idea turn into a working product so quickly.

Thank you, Sumeet Sir, for making the training practical, insightful, and genuinely enjoyable. I came away with a much better understanding of Product Ownership as well as AI Product Management. Highly recommended for anyone looking for hands-on and real-world learning.

It was a great introduction to Scrum and learning experience with Dr. Shirley. The sessions were interactive and easy to follow, and I especially enjoyed learning how to use mural for collaboration and activities.
