I ordered this product on a facebook website
My wife has very bed vertigo and neck pain
the product took a few weeks to come--they never say its coming from China We were hoping this product would help but quickly realized it was a piece of garbage
They say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, i sent them an e-mail stating it hurt her neck and was useless i got an e-mail back after threatening i was going to dispute the charge with American Express
and start giving them bad reviews on social media
they emailed me back offering me 40% off or i can ship it back to China at my expense without even telling me where to ship it back to

It’s my own fault for ordering at 2am and not reading reviews. Desperate to get relief from vertigo i thought I’d try it. It’s dreadful. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I knew as soon as I opened it, it was going to be rubbish. Used last night, it hurts.. the heated pads burn, all I have this morning is terrible neck pain. I looked at refund policy.. which I should have also done at 2am… and it looks like it’s going in the back of my cupboard or on the bin. Cheap product from China that could potentially do more harm that good to your neck… this would never ever be a good product for someone with vertigo.. Gave me and my husband a laugh though.

While charging got neither a flashing red or solid green . Just solid white bars after several hours. Unit is completely dead and will not turn on. This is an original directly from the Company and is a piece of junk. Don’ t spend money on this scam.

Fine print. Overseas product from China. All returns are only accepted at manufacturer, China. Offered a 40% return of product cost if I would just keep it. You pay return shipping costs. 30 day money back guarantee is a total lie. I will rather give my money to the shipping company than to these crooks.

I never ordered from this company Consumer Beware they charged my credit card received the package its the worse thing I have ever used. Tried calling the company phone # always ring busy and can not reach anyone with their email do not buy company overseas.

The product may be fine, but we haven't had it very long to make a good determination. The delivery time was pretty long, so if you are in a hurry, look elsewhere.

It nice to get a neck message. I'm only two weeks in so I still experience dizziness.

I ordered and it said quick shipping..then got extended so I tried to cancel my order to no avail. In mean time looked on line and found exact same thing...1/2 the price and I got it in 2 days.Neckline arrived 2 1/2 weeks later..and no the walmart one was not a dupe...THEY WERE IDENTICAL!!! Due to your lousy customer service I kept yours and returned the walmart one as I knew it would be a hassle to return it. I do not reccommend your company to anyone and warm people you are schisters..crooks..thieves with lousy customer service.

Customer service is awful. Trying to return product to no avail. Says 30 day guarantee, but you can't get anyone to return your email. Product is cheaply made and not worth the money.

I am amazed that this unit can provide heat, massage and tens experience. I would love to see an even stronger one by adding a 4th or 5th level or so. Otherwise I much appreciate it at the end of a day.

Received the neckline about two weeks after ordering it. As one of the other respondents commented, the instructions were written very small. I'm also an older person and didn't need the eye test. Other than that, the machine has provided me with some much-needed relief.

the delivery time was really pretty good. The directions need to be printed larger. I am an older person and even with my glasses I can't read the directions.

I received the machine in a timely manner; however, I also ordered the pillow which has not come yet. Almost a week since machine was received.
