The product hurt my wife’s neck

The product hurt my wife’s neck. When I ask for a refund, they said I had to pay shipping all the way to China. Would it cost me more than the refund I would get. Then they offered me a 40% return. This is a scam. Site don’t buy from them.

Contact with neckline is difficult if not impossible

Contact with neckline is difficult if not impossible. I received the device which was defective, when vibration was activated it did not vibrate, it stung or shocked through the metal caps designed for heat. I emailed with my inquiry 2 weeks ago and have received no response. The return policy requiring return to China is insane

I ordered the Neckline 4 in 1 massager…

I ordered the Neckline 4 in 1 massager and it took weeks to be delivered. After using it once, I realized it wasn't a very good product so I sent an email asking about returning it. It took several emails to get an answer and I was told I'd have to ship it back to China to get my refund or that I could keep it and receive a 40% partial refund. I've emailed several more times and nobody will answer me. I also haven't received any refund. I'm out about $120. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

False Advertisement Warning.

False Advertisement Warning.
Site states:
30-Day Warranty. If you are not completely satisfied, get an immediate refund.
If you want to return you must request return.
Then Neckline offers you 40% off what you paid.
If you do not accept. You mast mail package to China.
It cost much more to ship back than what I paid.
