I have only used it for about a week and I actually really like it. My only issue is that the cord doesn’t work very well and it turns off after a minute and I have to keep getting up to turn it back on and adjust the connection :(

I have been suffering from upper back/neck pain from workouts and pillow issues but I don’t take anything for it.
At the gym I try the recovery massage chairs but they’re not much help.

The service was fine but the product is not very good. I used it for 20 mins on day and it was fine. After 15 mins on day 2 , product was emitting a burning smell around the charger

The massagers are great. The communication is also great. So I love it.

so far have been liking it but since the pain is a lot, i think i need to use it regularly as advised by you and see if its helping the neck issue. But i do find it comforting with the heat etc. I hope the vibration did include a hand kind of massage though.

I am having trouble returning the pillow-headrest. It was uncomfortable and the heat and massage functions didn't work.
I have written to customer service and explained all this. Now they don't respond. Has anyone else had this experience?

At first I was skeptical that an electronic pillow would help with my neck pain but after using for about a week I’ve felt a huge difference with no more neck pain. I highly recommend.

I was on the fence about whether this product would be legit or not. I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised! The quality of this product is incredible. It is very well made, using really nice materials. It is comfortable, and nothing about it feels "cheap" or like a corner was cut. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of it. I also love that someone had enough foresight to make the power cord very long! It reaches me no matter where I decide to use it at! I have been very impressed with this product so far. I don't regret buying at all so far. As to whether it helps, it's honestly too early to tell, as I've only gotten to use it a couple times so far, but once I am able to get more consistent with it I expect it to help.

It’s been really effective reducing pain and tension in my muscles so far and the heat feels great. Have used it every night for approx 2 weeks and am happy and sleeping better!

I like how it vibrate it makes you feel good, I believe it helps lot of people to solve theirs neck pain, my situation is little more difficult, my spine is much out of alignment, I have to go to chiropractor to fix it, but I still think your product is very good
