I needed to return the product due to eczema flair up. They refunded 60% straight away and the next product had already been sent. They paid me my full refund and postage to return and Maio was extremely helpful and made it very stress free. Thank you.

Avoid !!!! The company take money out of your account despite never agreeing to a subscription . I’ve emailed them to advise I do not want any more products off them (they’re not good, poor quality ) and they’ve ignored me despite telling them that they’ve left me in financial distress. I emailed them with plenty of notice before they’d dispatched the product but they’ve not replied and now dispatched the products that I do not even want . Complete and utter scam of a company please stay clear if you don’t want to be scammed

I have just started the products, however one bottle came cracked which can happen sometimes with transportation. I emailed the support team right away and they responded immediately and have already sent out a replacement container. This kind of customer service shows that they care about thier customers. ❤️

Beware it is very difficult to cancel a subscription. The bot you talk to will do it eventually but there is no obvious cancel subscription button on the website. Also, when you talk to the bot it just ends the conversation abruptly so you have to restart the conversation multiple times.

Also the products are average in my opinion. The packaging pot means that a lot of product gets stuck under your finger nail as you try and scoop it out. Plus it can be pretty greasy on the face. But mostly just be aware that this is a company that makes it very hard to cancel once you've signed up and, for me, once that happens all trust in the brand is gone.

I can appreciate that Frøya Organics Glow Balm is a good-quality product, but unfortunately it wasn't right for me. It left my skin feeling greasy and with an orange stain, which wasn't the result I'd hoped for.

I also hadn't realised I'd signed up for a subscription (my mistake). When I received an email saying my next order was on its way, I contacted Frøya within 20 minutes to cancel. Unfortunately, my request wasn't actioned until three days later, by which time I was told it was too late to stop the shipment.

To their credit, Frøya kindly agreed to accept a return. However, the process has been incredibly frustrating. I paid £10 for tracked postage to the Netherlands, only for the parcel to be held up by customs, with a further €22 required. I'm now out of pocket, with a parcel stuck in transit and no satisfactory resolution.

What has disappointed me most is the customer service. While I accept responsibility for not spotting the subscription, I acted almost immediately when notified of the next delivery. I would have hoped for a more helpful, understanding and proactive response, particularly given the difficulties with an international return.

Overall, a frustrating and expensive experience. A good-quality product doesn't make up for an unnecessarily difficult returns process and customer service that has felt unfriendly and unhelpful.

I reached out because my subscription was set to ship too soon. I had a response within minutes and they were able to update my account to something more manageable. Excellent customer service!

I honestly didn’t think I would see much of a difference in my skin but I’m happy to say I notice an improvement! The dark patches are fading and the skin on my neck is really firm. At first I was uncomfortable with the texture of the product but now I’m addicted! My skin feels so healthy and calm!

Customer service was very helpful. I accidentally had multiple subscriptions and could not get website to consolidate/cancel they’re able to help me streamline everything. Very prompt getting back to me. Excellent excellent service.

I enjoyed the product but to my surprise a second batch came and I had not been aware that something I clicked on the initial purchase created a subscription. Froya had grace about that. I was able to return my unopened second batch for a full refund and they cancelled the subscription for me. I am only half-way into using the first batch and it is a good product, I like it, but I did not need more so soon, and had not been aware that a subscription had been set up. Froya fixed the problem, with understanding and expediency, and I am grateful for that. Integrity is everything, and Froya showed it.

I had bought two of their products to give them a try and when I saw special pricing on Fbook ad, wanted to try 2 additional products offered at a special rate. I was also unexpectedly enrolled in a subscription program thinking I was buying a kit on sale. I agree with the reviews stating same, enrolling in subscription without intention to. Initially I had great communication via email with them cancelling my subscription, but once they received the unopened product sent, they went radio silent about my refund. I am reaching out to Paypal to see what I can do next to get my money back. This is the first time I have been hoodwinked into a subscription program and this needs to be made clear to yet to be customers.

I did not receive my order and the post office had said it was delivered. I emailed the Froya support team and they were very quick to respond and helpful in making sure I found my order or was sent a replacement order. Very easy and helpful.

This was an excellent customer service experience. The communication was quick, clear, and helpful. I had ordered some products several weeks ago that never came, and when I tracked the package, it showed that it was lost in the warehouse. So I contacted customer service and they resolved my issue in minutes. I didn’t have to fight them. I didn’t have to call them several times. It was so easy, and unfortunately, that doesn’t happen very often. I’ve been a fan of Froya products for quite a while, and now I’m a fan of their service. Highly recommend!
