Absolutely crap 💩 product. Purchased a pair of orthodic black leather boots which were advertised as coming from Melbourne. Not so..China. For the price, expected leather..not so. Cheap PVC imitation. Only thing correct was cokiur & size although the heel on these boots are creased making them uncomfortable to wear. Buyer BEWARE!!!!😡

BEWARE! Received fake, plastic shoes. No brand or sizing labels. Unable to return or receive refund.

I purchased boots that are not leather as advertised, were shipped from China and fit poorly. When I tried to return them I was told I would have to send them correctly packaged back to China and when they arrived and were declared acceptable they would return the money minus the overseas charges or I could keep the boots and get store credit. How is this a money back guarantee.

This company claims to be Aussie, however, the boots I received were a cheap looking, poorly made import. They were way too small even though they came in the size I ordered.
When I asked for a refund, which according to their site was supposed to be easy, but was extremely difficult and I had to send the boots back to China (not Melbourne) to get the refund. I had to pay all postage and insurance and wasn’t allowed to use Australia Post.
I would never use this company again.

Purchased a knitted cardigan only to receive some piece of clothing that did not resemble the item at all. Some sort of polyester printed top. Hideous!!!!
The advertising lead you to believe they were in Melbourne, was shipped from China. Asked to return/refund and they make you pay to return to China or make you accept a 15% refund with no return required. Spent $65 got less than $10 back in refund.
This is a fraudulent Chinese company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I learnt the hard way.

The item is really cheap poor quality and not even like the item that they advertise. They should not be allowed to do this

Terrible product. Fake marketing images. Shown as a knitted jumper. Garment delivered was a printed on fabric mock up. Ripped off totally.

Disgusting quality…. No customer service… good are not as advertised. The will not answer emails re a refund….. DO NOT SHOP!!!

After purchasing shoes that were advertised as leather on delivery were in fact some sort of plastic material, and size was two times smaller. After sending email to request a refund they sent back to keep item and choose another for delivery fee, I rejected offer and reinforced I wanted a refund. They sent back procedure which was extremely involved and would pass the 30 day policy. A fraudulent company bsse in China. Beware and don't purchase from this company, also Aussie finest is the same company.

This company is the worst not the finest! What a joke!! I received my boho knit jacket yesterday. What a disappointment!! Firstly, I ordered a large and got a 2XL instead. Then the beautiful jacket I thought I was getting was cheap chinese rubbish with the print stamped on the fabric. Deceitful, liars! Companies like this should not be allowed to operate in this country! I'm throwing mine in the bin, I know it will be a fight to get my money back and I can't be bothered. Never again!!

Not happy with the product . The shoes are very small for the size. Very Narrow. Will gift to a friend, as the refund policy is outside Australia which you are not made aware of at purchase. Another hard lesson with online purchases

I received my order and the fabric is awful and I cannot wear it. I have emailed the company 3 times and am not getting a response so that I can return the item. I do not even want to donate it to Charity shop.

This company is a fraud. They advertise clothing that when it arrives is nothing like what is advertised. It's just a cheap piece of material and when you ask for a refund they offer back a partial refund and unless you want to send the item back which will cost you the postage to China. What a scam. They advertise as an Australian company. They don't even deserve one star.

1. They are very over priced.
2. Very poor quality
3. Sizes are in accurate I ordered size 40 or Aust 9 and twice the shoes do not fit.
4. 2nd order I made only because they refused to give me a full refund on my first order.
5. 2nd order was the wrong boots and again the size did not fit.

This company is a complete and utter scam. I ordered a "soft knit" cardigan (which was $70) and received the most ugly, synthetic, faulty top I have ever seen! The return policy is all auto generated.... 3 options, 1. Keep it and pay postage for a replacement item!!! (why would you). 2. refund 25% and you keep it. 3. return it for full refund (less your cost of postage). When I googled the return address it is a SPAM address. So basically there is no way of getting a refund!

Product was cheap and not the same as ordered.
Asked for a full refund and was told I needed to send products back to overseas company at my cost.
This IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
They offer half your money back without sending back the products as it is way to expensive to send back.
I washed the shirts and they started fulling apart so I threw them in the bin.

PayPal was not helpful and are on the side of this scam site, that was very disappointing.

The items took over two weeks to arrive.
The quality was shocking, the sizing hideous.
$215 for three items that were nothing like they looked like or described on the website.
Asked for a refund, was told I could keep the product I had & they will send me replacements or something different.
Second option for a refund was keep the items & get a 15% refund.
Third option is send the items back at my own cost for a full refund.
Sending them back will still give me more of a refund than the first two options.
Do not be fooled by their website. The quality is absolute rubbish!!!

They don’t even deserve one star. Cheap fabric, don’t answer emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
DESERVE 0 OUT OF 5 STARS.
