This is the worst site ever to purchase from. The dresses I purchased were not what they described on the website. The fabric quality is very cheap, the sizing is inaccurate and returns are impossible. Emilia does not respond to emails even though that is the only way items can be returned. Do not purchase from this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Why didn't I check here first! I threw away over £200.

Despite promising easy delivery and returns, my purchase arrived more than three weeks after ordering. They seemed to have been sent from China and totally missed the event and holiday I needed them for. The product quality for all but one item was shocking and another item was totally different from what I ordered online.

Easy returns? You're laughing. Just not possible.

After spending ages trying to find an email or number, I eventually got in touch with their customer service who said I needed to upload videos for each of the pieces of clothing describing how they didn't fit, or what was wrong, and then send them to the USA at my own cost for a possible refund.

I'm a busy working mum plus the cost of paying for tracked / guaranteed delivery to the states meant that I couldn't return the items and have consequently lost all my money.

If I could rate a negative star I would ! My item took about 4 weeks to arrive , the item was nothing like the item on the website. I have tried several times to contact the seller but no reply. I actually did get one reply & was requested to send a photo, since then nothing ! So much for the 30 days returns - first you have to get an address!!
I have learnt a lesson - dont buy anything online until you check the reviews !
I have sent about 4 emails & no replies!

Scam company please do use ! Worst quality no service even when I tried to cancel my order immediately it didn’t allow me and when I asked for return as the quality was so bad and material was some cheap stuff they just gave me an excuse that they can’t give me refund

If i could rate zero stars i would. Do not buy anything from this company. They advertise as though they are Melbourne based but are located in the Netherlands. I brought a jumpsuit, it took 2 weeks before it even shipped and when I tried it on it looked nothing like its picture.

I tried to contact their support email to initiate a return and refund and I have been ignored to the point where it is now too late for me to get my money back.

Stay far away form this company.

A scam. $100 for a cheap nylon $5 max worth dress. Wants me to take videos of me in it when I can’t get over head. Ignoring my calls for refund. Their returns email does not exist. They have blocked me. They have changed their name to Heaven-Melbourne. Same info. Truely awful avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Less than 1 star. I got done, let my guard down, I didn't do my research. Cheap crappy fabric and the dress looked nothing like the picture. Not worthy of cleaning with!

Read reviews!... Also, advertised as express post ( what got me as I had an event).. My bad, I assumed it was within Australia... 2 weeks... 2 weeks to be totally disappointed.

Shoes ordered were not what was delivered. A cheaper version was supplied and nothing like the product in the photo advertised. Initial response acknowledged my email and photos supplied but has now been over 10 days of dead silence. Will never order from here again.

Thieves and scammers send you crap, you struggle to get them to tell you how to return it back and they keep you dangling with the same repetitive email shite and don’t refund. I’ve reported them to LA county

awarding 1 star here is overly generous. The shoes are not the quality you see in the photos on the website. And the return process is an absolute shambles.
I paid expensive international postage to return the shoes (not knowing it would be international), only to have still not received a refund, despite knowing that they arrived.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
- Shipping took twice as long as they advertise on their website and didn't arrive in time for the event I had ordered it for
- Product quality is atrocious
- Would not let me return it without providing them with a photo
- if it wasn't damaged they would only offer a partial refund

I thought I researched this Company. Claimed to be two ladies in Melbourne and even had a photo. On ordering a cardigan, I even paid an extra $7.95 insurance to cover loss or non delivery. What a waste of money that was. I’ve been chasing them ever since early August for a refund as garment never came, and ‘tracking’ suddenly stopped. Just keep getting automated reply over and over. DO NOT use this Company, and especially don’t pay extra ‘insurance’. Im hounding them and have reported them to Dept Fair Trading. Fake advertising shouldn’t be allowed.

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY from them. The items were inferior to the look on internet. The chiffon pants had no lining, no one answered any of my emails. They asked for photos and proof of purchase for a return but that is where our transactions ended. No refund, no response, no return address. You just lose your money. Mine was over $100 and I’m disgusted. I wish I had read reviews before trusting.

Honestly, I wouldnt even give them one star. The service was horrible! worst shopping experience I ever encounted online. I had ordered shoes and by the measurements they should of fit with room to move. Once received, they were like 5 sizes to small! I emailed straight away requesting a return and refund. Emails were unanswered for a long period of time and than it was constant email trails with no resolution. They will not give an address or provide a refund. I am still fighting this battle 5 weeks later!! Worst service ever and company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

I purchased a suit from these people..WHAT A MISTAKE.. ironically they also go by the name of Scott and Daughters Melbourne. Their website has the same cover photo just different people in it. My garment was faulty took photos and emailed. I returned it cost me $40 Australian and they still did not provide me a refund. I paid by PayPal they strung me along for over a month saying my refund would be processed and then nothing. I contacted PayPal who said because I have put my dispute in after 30 days that it is now too late for them to intervene. Do not purchase from these people

I purchased two Boho shirt dresses, but what arrived closely resembled clown outfits, made out of a shiny nylon spandex material and one was totally the wrong colour. Clearly the photo's of the dresses I purchased were photo shopped to look more attractive. When I tried to return the items they gave me a U.S. address or 30% refund to keep them. I would feel bad even donating them to Charity, so straight in the bin along with the money I paid for them.

I would give this company a 0 if I could. The quality of the items was terrible and I sent over 50 emails to try and return and get a refund for these items. I had to post them back to LA, the items were shipped from China. Such as a scam they advertise they are from Melbourne. I have been chasing them for six weeks now for a refund since I had posted back the items and still getting the runaround. Please do not buy from this company and warn others.

I ordered a skirt for £49, but (as many others have found) it didn’t fit with ridiculous sizing, so I requested a return. The process that followed was far more stressful and expensive than it needed to be.

I was asked to provide measurements and photos, and after reviewing these, the retailer confirmed the item was as ordered (even though I’d not disputed the sizing). On 28 September, they offered me a full refund if I returned it. I accepted and paid £27 to send it back to their returns address in California.

Royal Mail confirmed the parcel was delivered on 6 October, but I hadn’t heard anything. When I chased it, I was offered only a partial refund and sent the return instructions again, despite having already returned the skirt. They then ghosted me- I’d now spent £76.

For anyone else going through this, I managed to get a refund through my bank by raising a dispute.

I’m going to be reporting them to trading standards via citizens advice and also UK International Consumer Centre (for problems with overseas retailers). I’m not allowed to include links in this review but if you google it should come up.

Before I forget to do this (have had family illness to deal with) I want to add my voice to warn of the difficult nature of this business. I bought 3 pairs of shoes from these people and am only giving one because there is no other option. It should be minus 10! The quality of the shoes are flimsy and do not conform to standard sizes. They are at least 3 sizes smaller than the Australian standard. I took photos and began the process of returning them to get a refund but was caught up in above mentioned family illness situation and was unable to continue the process. The order was very late in arriving, with it taking weeks more than you would expect from a business in Melbourne. On arrival, the super small sizing, the flimsy quality of the shoes and the early signs the return and refund process was going to be difficult, were big red flags that folks should under no circumstances deal with this business. It is not what it seems to be.

Do not go near this scam of a company.
Poor in every respect.
