I ordered sunglass cases 4 qty.
Delivered hand gloves. Applied for return. Pickup agent came multiple times, asked OTP but refused to pick & said return not approved. I called multiple times & was told to correct the quantity as 4. I did it & again approval refused. I called again & was told that return window is closed.

Refund amount is still pending with Meesho

I ordered a product weighing 20 kgs and wanted to return because of poor quality. After 20 days, they’re asking me to self courier to Punjab from Bengaluru where they can bear maximum courier charge of ₹100 which is insane considering the distance. After I said that I would raise a complaint, suddenly the customer service has become unresponsive and say that they can’t hear me at all. No response from them. I don’t understand why my area was not unserviceable at the time of delivery. Worst platform and they support fraudulent sellers.

I really love meesho for its product pricing and variations.

Very worst customer support

They tried to scam with me.. I bought two dresses from Meesho... but the fittings was not good so I decided to return them... they took return both the dresses but after that refund was not successful... I didn't get any money in my bank account ...I call them but didn't take any responsibility...they continuously told that they have sent the refund and they will not take any responsibility... I went to bank and checked my account there is no refund money in my account.. again I called the customer care service of meesho but they said the same thing that they will not take any responsibility because they have sent the money in my account... it was a utter lie... Then I complained in consumer forum through the toll free mobile number and also website... Just after 3 or 4 hours of complaining I got my money back in my bank account...

One and one worst service .. Cheap price and cheap quality with cheapest service

Meeso company trust available nhi hai wo pahle aapko sasta saman deti hai to aap usse khub order karte ho aur wo fast delivery dikhati hai but jab ye process aap as costomer continue karte ho to wo dhire dhire apke order ke saman ki jagah purana saman bhejti hai, aapka order jo 1 item tha usko 3 se 4 order kar deti hai, aapke order ko khud hi cancel kar deti hai aur kahti hai aap unke rules follow nhi karte & aapke naam, number ka CV kharab kar deti hai. It is totally fraud.

Third class service !!!... Entire customer service team is taking clients for granted..

Worst Service My Members.I have purchased a dress on 4Aug but the Quality was not nice. Next day I have given request for Retern , but ,20 days have been completed till no w no response. Order of is 316234115585614592

False app. Product delivery date is 17th Aug and today is 24th Aug. Till now product was not recieved. I complaint them and ask them to cancel the product and issue me refund but they r not listening. I raise complaint on 19th, 21st and 23rd but of no use. Atleast refund my hard earned money

I disappointed soooo muchhh my order need to come 20th of August pink jhumka and it is also reached mysore hub 19th of August but today is 22nd I haven't received order why so much delay I order it for my sister marriage and the marriage is finished when will that mysore hub guys deliver the product don't know

Received a partial delivery on 3 consignments . resulting in missing of 27 items amounting to 2079rs. on contacting the meesho customer service..they say since we shared the otp and taken the delivery nothing can be done.no contact was made with the supplier regarding the same and no further action was allowed tobe taken..the customer care didn't have any other remedy...meesho has got no control over their suppliers making it a risky purchase. Buyers be aware.

Meesho’s return delivery service is absolutely pathetic and wastes a lot of time. I have been trying to return one order for the past two weeks, but the courier agents keep saying that they don’t have a vehicle available for pickup. Then they ask me to bring the product to a particular address myself. When I go there with the return package, they simply cancel the return and say that they don’t have a vehicle.

It’s strange that they have vehicles available when delivering the product, but suddenly have no vehicle when it comes to picking up a return. They keep wasting the customer’s time and delaying the return process, making the customer frustrated and eventually forcing them to keep the product because the return takes too long.

Worst service provide by meesho agent ..they are not delivered my parcel on time...misguide by meesho agent ..and there are no any help provide by meesho ...fake help website provide by meesho ..very disappointed
