Bought my adobe licence last year as well in July. Had access until december and then suddenly everything was gone.
Since February there was no response anything.

Do not buy linsences here. They are most likely not legit and stolen.

You will not receive an answer or help to get your money back. The Phone number is a scam as well. Theres no one on that line.

I purchased an annual Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom Classic license in December 2025. Five months later, I still have zero access. No response to multiple emails. No callback despite repeated phone attempts. No refund. It's a total scam! Avoid this seller at all costs. You will definitely lose your money.

My Adobe Photo license ran out without a warning and without a replacement. Then several months of silence even when spamming the support with tickets. Then i got asked to open a new ticket with a specific title AURELION. The promise was to resolve the issues but you guessed it...no followup communication at all. I payed full price for a year and don't have access to it anymore. Absolute ripoff. Don't buy any time based licenses, you might loose access to them at any point

I bought an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan (1 year) from lizenzpate.de (Order 17066, Invoice R_106317). The subscription stopped working shortly after activation in March 2025, and since then I’ve had no access to the product I paid for.

What made this worse is the lack of support: my previous written requests were ignored, and I only got told to open yet another ticket (“AURELION”). After months without a working service, I’m now requesting a refund.

If you rely on continuous access (work or studies), be cautious — my experience was loss of access and very slow/no effective customer service.

My licence for Adobe Creative Foto Abo is not anymore and no one is replying regarding the issue. Very bad!

I purchased a 1-year Adobe Lightroom (1 TB) and Photoshop license from Lizenzpate in early November 2025 (Order No. 32972). Only a few days after activation, my access was revoked by Adobe.

Over the following months, the same issue occurred repeatedly: the license was temporarily restored and then revoked again after days or weeks. According to support, this was due to an ongoing Adobe license model migration. However, no permanent or stable solution was ever provided.

Key issues experienced:

– Repeated and unpredictable loss of access to paid software
– Months without reliable use despite full upfront payment
– Software required for regular professional work
– Support responses were generic, increasingly delayed, and eventually stopped
– Multiple Lizenzpate profiles appeared in my Adobe account, causing additional confusion
– Even “manual” license assignments were described as potentially temporary and revocable

Update (Jan 2026):
After escalating the issue and involving Verbraucher­schutz, I have now received a full refund via Amazon Pay.

Conclusion:
While the refund is appreciated and closes the financial aspect of the case, it does not change the fact that the service itself was unstable for months and unsuitable for anyone who depends on Adobe software for professional or regular use. The low price may look attractive, but reliability is not given. I would therefore still not recommend this service for serious use.

I purchased two licenses from Lizenzpate and paid the full amount, only for them to be blocked after just three months without any explanation. Since then, all attempts to contact them have failed – the phone lines are permanently disconnected, and no one responds to emails.

After eight unsuccessful attempts to resolve or clarify the situation, it is clear that this is nothing short of fraudulent behavior. I have lost access to urgently needed software and my money. This is not a service, this is fraud. I am deeply disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of.

Bought an Adobe photo subscription, worked for 1 month then it didn't work no more and no reply from Lizenzpate :/

I purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud annual license from lizenzpate.de. At first everything worked, but after a few months the access was revoked multiple times. Currently, I have no access to the Adobe applications despite having a valid license. No new invitation or clear information was provided.
Support only responds with automated messages or not at all, and no one is reachable by phone. For software that needs to be reliable, this is a complete disaster. I strongly advise against buying Adobe subscriptions from this seller.

I cannot recommend Lizenzpate. Bought Adobe Creative Cloud in October. Until now, my license was revoked 3 times, now I'm without Adobe products since a week.
No reply to support emails, no possibility to reach someone by phone.

What a rip off! They are not only claiming to help 24/7 but I never get a reply back but, also the way they treat paying customers is unacceptable. Over weeks Adobe kicks me out of my account I was linked by Lizenz'Crap' saying my access as stopped working. When relogging in I am given heaps of shared Lizenz'Crap' accounts as an option to join. None of them are giving me access to Photoshop and Lightroom I actually paid for. Their last answer via email (hey there are existing!) I got was about their internal system change for whatever reason which therefore I had to confirm my whole details and purchase number again. Highly unprofessional and super bothering as I am relying on functioning Abobe products. I would never go with them again, should have read Trustpilot before hand and will spend the extra bucks to have my own license for a whole year. Dann I am mad at them!

UPDATE: They revoked my complete access to my paid license after my review in TrustPilot

I purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud license from Lizenzpate.de on September 21, 2025.

When I tried to use the new Photoshop Version 27 with Nano Banana and Flux features (formerly Beta), I received a message saying that my system administrator does not allow access.

I contacted Lizenzpate support by email on October 21, and today is October 30 — still no reply.
I also called multiple times, and no one ever answers the phone.

Their website claims to offer “24/7 customer support,” but that’s simply not true.

As a paying customer and business owner, I expect at least a single response and basic customer service.
After more than a week of silence, I can only describe this as unprofessional and disappointing.

Diagnosis and prescription in under an hour, amazing.

I bought Da Vinci Resolve from them. They did not provide me a key to download the software from Blackmagic website (which is the only legal way) but they provided me the software downloadable.
This will not allow me to get future updates and also doesn't sound like a legal way of selling the software
I reached out for explanation but I did not receive any answer in 4 days
