The key I bought is already in use
The key I bought is already in use. The alternative activation via phone doesn't work anymore because Microsoft disabled the service. Sadly, the people at this company didn't get this information. Avoid if you want an easy installation without having to contact the customer service and wait and wait for them to solve the issue.

Valid license, useless download
The license key that Softwarehunter sent me for MS Office is valid, but it's for an LTSC version of Office and the installer provided in the Downloads section is not. I had to learn how to use the Office Deployment Tool to install Office LTSC and be able to use the license. Someone with little technical knowledge would never be able to do that.

I wanted to buy an Office key, after payment I never received a key, no confirmation by email, and when I contact by phone: they never pick up, when I contact by email, 3 times, threatening to file a complaint with the police: same, radio silence.
