I bought Da Vinci Resolve from them. They did not provide me a key to download the software from Blackmagic website (which is the only legal way) but they provided me the software downloadable.
This will not allow me to get future updates and also doesn't sound like a legal way of selling the software
I reached out for explanation but I did not receive any answer in 4 days

Una settimana di ritardo...è stata un'odissea riuscire a ricevere il pacco.
Prima non trovano il mio indirizzo,li contatto e fissiamo per il giorno successivo,il giorno dopo leggo che l'hanno trattenuto perchè non avevano comunicato con la sede,fissiamo il giorno dopo e non trovano l'indirizzo(dopo avergli dato altre informazioni),gli do le coordinate google via mail del viale di casa mia,il giorno dopo dicono che è in consegna ma non è vero(anche secondo il loro tracking)...finalmente lo spediscono e lo consegnano ai miei vicini anizchè a me...
Ma vengono pagati per consegnare pacchi o lo fanno come hobby,per far favori alla gente?
