I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a PlayStation Plus Premium gift card and paid €18 for it. Instead of delivering what I ordered, they sent me a $10 gift card by mistake.
Because I needed the subscription that exact day and they sent the wrong item, I was forced to buy an additional $10 gift card myself just to have enough balance.
When I contacted customer service about their mistake, their response was absolutely ridiculous. They tried to claim that because I now have two $10 gift cards, it "equals" the PlayStation Plus Premium card—completely ignoring the fact that I had to pay for the second card myself!
Because of their error, I am now out €28 instead of €18, just to get what I originally paid for. Their customer service refuses to understand the situation, refuses to admit their mistake, and refuses to refund the €18 for the incorrect item they sent.
This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They took my money and refuse to fix their own blunder. Avoid this shop at all costs! I will be contacting my payment provider to initiate a chargeback.

Lost 51 euro because they gave me a used code!
I ordered 2x nintendo giftcards 70 USD yesterday but I only got 1 working code and the other one was a used code that cannot be activated (ordernr 2685-4955798)!! I was so excited to get my games yesterday and this led to a huge disappointment :(! Despite the fact that they mentioned 24/7 support, no one got back to me yet. I cannot believe that they are selling used codes! Please steer away from ordering here! I guess I lost that 51 euro I spent on that giftcard, it was my bad to have paid through IDEAL, now I can't even claim my money back! Beware if you don't want to be scammed!
Update 17/06:
What made the experience particularly frustrating was the amount of effort required just to get the issue acknowledged. After many back-and-forth emails, repeated requests for the same evidence, and having to contact Nintendo Support three separate times to obtain and resubmit information, Livecards finally acknowledged that there had been a mix-up with old batches resulting in invalid codes. They then informed me that my order would be cancelled and refunded within 48–72 hours.
However, more than 10 days later, I still had not received a refund. When I followed up, I was given a completely different explanation: that my refund could only be processed once the code had been resold to another customer.
This makes no sense. The entire reason for the refund is that the code was invalid because it had already been redeemed. If a code is invalid, whether it can be resold or not should have nothing to do with issuing a refund for a product that was never usable.
The most frustrating part has not been the invalid code itself, but the lengthy process, the repeated requests for evidence, and the contradictory explanations regarding the refund. At this point I am still waiting for the refund that was promised.
I will update this review again if and when the refund is actually received.
