Please don't waste your money!!!! You can buy much better towels at your local Winners, Homesense or Marshalls for 1/4 the price. 5 star hotel quality is a joke! Maybe a 1 star hotel!!! I feel I got ripped off on another hyped up online purchase. Save your money and don't buy these towels as I did......

Very disappointing quality — not worth the money
The towels do not live up to the online hype. I washed the bath towel once, following the care instructions, and the thread started coming apart as shown in the photo.

I also ordered the bath rugs, and unfortunately, I found their quality extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. The products simply don't match the premium quality being advertised.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Onuia. Consumers should think twice before spending their money here.

The best towels we have had in a long time. They are soft and absorb well and seem to dry in no time

I just wish you offered heavyweight in the burgundy color. I bought it in green. I also wanted to check out on a payment plan but I didn’t see where I could have that choice.

These towels were advertised as luxury towels. What 5 Star Hotels use. I bought. It took about 2 weeks to finally get. They arrived in shrink wrap. I knew immediately after opening that I had been scammed. I read the instructions on how to wash and dry them, but I could tell by the light weight of the towels that there was no way they would plump up and I was right. I am so disappointed. What surprises me is the people who rate them so high. I’ve lost confidence in these reviews when this was clearly a scam supported by high customer review ratings. My advice is to stick to going to a brick and mortar and feel the product for yourself or order through Amazon where you can easily return if you’re dissatisfied.
