I have not received any confirmation of my booking with you, yet have given my details including CC number. If you would check yhis out I would appreciate this very much. I booked a flight from Brisbane airport to Sydney for the afternoon of the 2nd of January 2027 under my name Janice Evans

.com.au but got an international transaction fee for a domestic flight in Australia? Also lots of other unnecessary hidden fees

I booked flights through Jettzy and deliberately paid extra for their additional services because I wanted flexibility in case my travel plans changed.

On top of the advertised fare, I paid:

• Seat assignment – AU$89.00
• Seat service fee – AU$12.00
• Premium Package – AU$23.48
• Automatic online check-in – AU$19.80
• Refundable Booking – AU$53.40

An important meeting unexpectedly came up, meaning I needed to extend my trip. I therefore tried to change my flight through the Jettzy website.

Instead of being given options to change the booking, the website simply displayed: “No search results are available to match your request.”

I then tried to contact Jettzy by phone to resolve the issue. I spent almost an hour waiting on the phone without being able to speak to anyone.

I subsequently received an email from Jettzy stating that the tickets were non-refundable and that there was “no value for refund.”

This is particularly frustrating because I specifically paid an additional AU$53.40 for a “Refundable Booking”, along with other fees for additional flexibility and services.

I understand that airline tickets can have restrictions and that fare rules apply. However, if a company charges customers extra for a refundable/flexible booking, I expect that flexibility to actually be usable when circumstances change.

At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with both the lack of customer service and the difficulty in accessing the flexibility I specifically paid extra for.

I would strongly recommend carefully reading the fine print around Jettzy's additional packages and fees before assuming that paying for “Refundable Booking” or premium services will make your booking straightforward to change or refund.

The booking process was smooth, pleasant and looked nice on my phone. I had enough information and choices to inform my decisions, e.g. options for bag addons, insurance, cancellation fees, seat selection. The tickets were delivered to my inbox in the time frame shown to me after my order was complete (30-120 minutes). I was directed to Jettzy from Google Flights and I will consider them again for their competitive price and professional booking experience.

I did bot get conformation or booking number for 1 day after payment also rtge site froze so i coukd not book check in luggage . In the traveloka site me travel freibd got 25kg lugfage and a meal for )20 kess than your site not happy never use again

Itinerary information not adequate

Horrible. No notice when airline cancelled flight. Found out at the counter at the airport on check-in date. Additionally, $20 fee to get a refund back after a nightmare at the airport trying to get back home and spending more money on last-minute flights.
