Due to flight changes
Due to flight changes, we had to cancel our flight with jetty. The premium. Package is misleading as final cancelation decision is by the airline. So there was no point in opting for premium package

For your flight, it has a non-refundable condition per ticket's fare rules. Therefore, we are unable to submit a refund for you. We would recommend that you change the travel date instead.

jetzy is NOT A TRAVEL AGENT
jetzy is NOT A TRAVEL AGENT. Listen clearly, jetzy are nothing but scamming ticket resellers. They will buy you your tickets, then cancel flights and rearrange your itinerary at least 10 times (not an exaggeration) and then charge you $200 for each switch, EVEN when they have given you an impossible itinerary, all without advising you, OR helping you out. THEY ARE NOT AN AGENT. THEY WILL FIGHT AGAINST YOU. No matter how cheap you wish a holiday to be, it is never worth the abominable headache that jetzy will leave you with. We are taking jetzy to court.

Please understand that flight schedules are determined and changed by the airline, and this is outside our control as a travel agency. Our responsibility is to assist you with rebooking the affected flight, subject to the airline's available options and seat availability.
Regarding our service fees, these are disclosed in our Terms and Conditions, which you were required to review and accept when purchasing your tickets.
For this booking, we waived our service fee for your first flight change. For the second flight change, we offered you a 50% discount on our service fee. As your tickets were purchased under the Basic Service Package, the applicable service/administration fee applies.
