Bought a Shadow from the Sonic family for my grand daughters 19th birthday & it came quickly even though it came from Japan. She absolutely loves it as she's got loads of Sonic & other members she didn't have Shadow so I'm very happy from the start to the finish from Ichiba. Fab company❤️

Note: don't forget to check the size of the plush before buying. The quality is great, but the size can be deceiving if you look at the image alone. They write clearly the size on the product page, that was my mistake, though.

They are always super fast with shipping, I have offered multiple times and my packages have always come a couple days early. The product is always incredibly well packed and in great condition. I have talked to customer service about if they would be getting a product in and they gave me the exact information I needed and responded quickly. I couldn't recommend them enough!!
