Very disappointing customer service.

I purchased a bundle of figures and paid quite a lot for both the items and shipping, only for the Mickey Mouse figure to arrive with a clear defect in the eye. Part of the white of the eye is missing, and the other eye there is a little bump.

I contacted the shop, sent photos, and explained the issue. They said "The issue shown appears to be a manufacturer defect rather than a problem caused by us. As a result, we are unfortunately not normally able to offer compensation for this type of issue, as it is outside of our responsibility". They offered only €12 in store credit. I understand that the defect may have originated with the manufacturer, but as the seller, I purchased the product from them, not directly from the manufacturer. I therefore expect the seller to help resolve the issue when an item arrives damaged or defective.

I paid the full price for the bundle, as well as a significant amount for shipping, so receiving a defective item and being offered only €12 in store credit does not feel like a fair resolution.

I replied politely and offered a reasonable solution. I would happily return the defective item if they provided a prepaid return label, in exchange for either a refund of the remaining amount or a replacement. Unfortunately, they have now stopped responding altogether.

I don't think customers should be expected to absorb the cost of a defective product simply because the defect happened during manufacturing. That's something the seller and manufacturer should resolve between themselves. It shouldn't become the customer's financial loss.

I hope we can still work this out.

Shipping for figures overseas is a tough and scary at times, but having a company you can trust with your buying needs is important. Jump Ichiban does a very good job with the services they provide. I recommend them for any product you are looking for in your collection.

Placed an order for two shirts, one was in stock and the other was a preorder. Was concerned about thr shirt that was being mailed out with the preorder so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and assured me that my item would be set aside, but if I wanted to they could separate the order and mail the in stock item out now. I ultimately decided to wait and I received both items together with no issues. Sizing was a little big but that was my only complaint.

I love the fact that this place was prompt, kept in contact, and everything was shipped well packed. I would buy from them again.

Jump Ichiban has a vast collection of authentic products that are of high quality. The inventory is so huge that I spent at least 30 minutes before picking what I want. The shipping despite being little expensive did justice with the delivery, I got the order in 4 days from my purchase which was great. Overall, I'd definitely come back for more authentic products.
