Fantastic site for buying Japan exclusive merch. Sure the shipping times can be lengthy, and orders can get delayed from time to time, but the quality of the products i ordered is well worth it! Would recommend it to a freind.

Honestly, Meccha Japan is my comfort website to buy merchandise from Japan, I already bought many many things with them and I never had any kind of problem. They have a really good customer support and I always recommend them to friends and family that lives far away from Japan but want a piece of merch from there.

This is my first time order package from overseas and Meccha Japan didn't dissapointing me but very statisfying. I bought the pikachu and psyduck plushies. Price is reasonable, packaging safe, product quality is the origin one, no doubt and the service very structured so you can check the progress easily. Thank you very much. Will order again next time.

No issues, they reply quickly to emails and my orders have always been reliable so far. Sometimes the prices may be outdated but I don't see that as necessarily an intentional fault

Meccha actually reached out to me before answering to this review or before i could contact them and they have been really supportive about my problem. :)
Even though I wasn't able to provide much proof because I already glued the damaged parts back together, Meccha still offered to solve this problem in a satisfying way. So will gladly give them another chance and bump this up to 5* once my next order arrives undamaged. :)

I ordered the Fubuki and Mio Ichiban Kuji ~Villain Style~ figures a while ago and made the mistake to not check their condition upon arrival cause I lacked the space to put them on display.
Today I unpacked them and the Fubuki figure had the glass in her hand broken off and the Mio figure had her whole head broken off...
So yeah was probably the first and last time I ordered at Meccha, every other seller delivered in perfect condition so far.

Ive used meccha japan like 2 times before and its always been great :)) the shipping isnt too much, always around 10+ dollars, and the customs which come later are the same. The pre-orders are great and are like 50% cheaper than when it comes out!

This is the first time I have ordered from Meccha Japan and I am so beyond impressed! Thanks to them I was able to secure an item that was impossible to otherwise get international delivery for, and sold out extremely quickly in Japan. I was so happy when I saw you were getting it in stock. Yes it was sold at a premium, but that is to be expected for something so sought after, and I personally thought the mark-up was reasonable. I was certainly willing to pay it to secure the product and I am so pleased that I did, as I am absolutely delighted with it! I cannot thank you enough! Delivery was quick, all of my items were carefully packed and arrived in one piece including a fragile cup I ordered. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I have ordered twice from Meccha Japan and I've been pleasantly surprised! They have the best variety of new Sanrio and Pokemon merch from Japan! Their shipping is the most reasonable out of most of the online Japan retailers. My packages have gotten here safe and on time. I will definitely continue to purchase from them for my Pokemon and Usahana needs!!!

I Can Order Anything On Meccha Japan

Shipping with FedEx to the US was great, no additional fees or issues there. However, the main issues are how the items were packaged by the company. I ordered a sheet of stickers that I assumed would be packaged well and more importantly, packaged flat. To my surprise, the sticker sheet was shoved in a cardboard box, severely bending the sticker sheet because it could not lay fully flat on the bottom of the box. I also ordered a plushie, and it was shipped in a bag, rather than a box, which also did not make sense to me. Thankfully, that item was not bent or damaged. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Do not preorder from them. They do not allocate enough stock to preorders and will not ship your item at the agreed-upon release date.

Toy quality is very good and it didn't damage on the shipping. I like that I was always informed about my package and the service was excellent.

It was a great experience.
