I received charger pod and the rest of the $350 order was coming from overseas.

Were legit, now greedy scammers
I had mostly positive experiences with this company for over 2 years. Recently their 'Free Shipping' now attracts a $45 insurance fee whether you like it or not, the 'Australian Store' offers multiple products, of which every SKU is sold out - despite their claims of daily re-stocking. Instead you can wait 3-4 months for shipping, ( some card providers will not investigate a charge for items not delivered after 90 days). All prices have increased and now due to an order error, they are offering to replace 70k puff devices that were $41 with 40k puff devices that are now priced at $43 - meaning id get approximately half of what I paid for, and have gone silent on when the money will be returned. This discussion has been ongoing for 2 months.
** Im not entirely sure if the person that has responded even works for the company, if so they should probably speak to Daria in the CSR team as below is a direct quote from June 12 when the shipping insurance stopped being'optional' as they state. Given the contact details on the TP site are the exact same as those ive been using for 2 months, you have not offered anything helpful or even factual but im guessing your job is to make it LOOK like you have countered these negative reviews, not actually do anything. "Consequently, we have added a shipping insurance charge. Given the growing costs and risks, further price adjustments might be necessary in the future. However, we can confirm that despite the rising risks and costs, successful delivery remains achievable.
In addition, due to the current state of international logistics, shipments dispatched from our warehouse in China may experience delays. Recently, entry regulations in Australia have become increasingly strict; this means that, prior to shipment, flight arrangements and customs clearance procedures must be carefully and appropriately coordinated to ensure a smooth dispatch process.
Consequently, the overall delivery timeframe will be longer than usual. According to the latest information provided by our logistics partners, the estimated time from the moment you place your order until you receive your shipment is approximately 45-60 calendar days. We kindly ask you to place an order only if you are able to accept potential delays and extended delivery timeframes once all of the above issues have been verified and resolved."

I have been purchasing vape products from infinity mist for the last 10 months. In the last couple of months they have gone downhill. I placed 2 orders through the China website. One on 16/3/26 & still waiting for it(over 90 days now) checked the Australia Post App & it was due to be delivered on 27/5(i feel it’s been confiscated). The other order placed on 14/5/26,understand this order may still be in progress. Don’t respond on WhatsApp & support email address bounces back stating the email address failed . Happens every time i try to email them.

I have ordered many times without…
I have ordered many times without issue, until recently.
One package was seized by customs I emailed the letter as proof so I could get a refund, reply stated it’s still in transit. IT HAS BEEN SIEZED BY CUSTOMS.
Second package has been in transit 75 days onboard for delivery for 23 days.
I have received nothing, I paid for shipping insurance and they won’t refund.
Customer service is terrible, they don’t reply on WhatsApp and email replies take over a week.
