Indonesia Arrival Reviews 

I found the process to be reasonably simple. Made a couple of errors but backtracked and sorted it all out. The thing that confused me the most was having to pay $97 US for applying for an Indonesian-Arrival card. I guess it is a government charge although recent travellers have not had the same experience.

The arrival immigration was very smoothly. We only passed through electronic scanning on our arrival and took just few seconds, after that we only showed our QR code for the pre-registered arrival card and passed immediately.
Easy, fast , and the most comfortable immigration system.

Don't use this website, but the official website of the government or the app (All Indonesia) and you get the arrival card without any fee. I paid 68 USD for nothing.

⚠️ Be careful with this website. I was charged $109 for an Indonesia Arrival Card that is available for free through the official Indonesian government website. I would strongly recommend checking the official government site before paying for this service.

Excellent organization, it took me 3 minutes to get through the security controls with the prior online aplication submission. I was truly impressed, one of the best airport arrival experiences.

We were traveling to Bali for the first time. We did not realize we needed to complete the arrivals card and how convenient completing eVOA prior to arrival could be. Given we had limited time and we were already in transit, we took advantage of Indonesia Arrival. This is a private company that is not affiliated with the government. It was very easy to enter all of the necessary information compared to the official government website, especially for the eVOA. We received the Arrivals Card within 1hr of completion and the eVOA within 10hrs after submitting,

There is of course much higher cost to using this service rather than submitting all of the information yourself via government website. I would definitely recommend using their services if you forgot to do this at least 3 days prior to planned arrival in Indonesia and if you are able to pay the additional cost. It was definitely worth the peace of mind.

Upon arrival in Bali, our Arrivals Card and eVOA worked and allowed us to get out via e-gates within a few minutes of arriving and start enjoying our vacation sooner.

I paid for something free. It looks like evisa but not. Dont waste time and money

I lost $116 because of these idiots. This is a scam and they don’t help you with anything. They appear among the first Google search results and can easily trick a lot of people. The authorities should investigate this! Please, do not click on them!

Scam! This is not a visum but an free arrival card for which this website charges

This is a scam web site and the banks and credit card companies should not allow them to transact on their platforms. They just stole $228.

Just been scammed even though I thought I was reasonably cautious in applying for an e visa to Bali. Can't believe that this site was listed first on Google search. Site looks exactly like the official site. End up paying $126 for a free entry card which I'm guessing will be invalid. As others have mentioned Bali ministry of immigration should do something about it. Make sure you report it to your bank.

Dont pay overpriced tickets, visa directly at airport is fine!

Website very misleading
I just wanted to buy the visa, accidently got led to the arrival card and paid 100$
Never finished the visa process because they wanted a few 100$ers??!

First of all the card is free at Bali immigration .
Do not pay anything with them .
We paid and once arrived at the immigration all the QR codes got refused by the immigrations they said it is a scam and not valid and we had to do it at the airport . We lost our money be careful do not do it there it is not the official immigration . We need to stick to ect her to make their website close because they are starking hindted of people daiky tôle us the immigration . Please help us do something we need to inform google to shut down their scam website

It is an outright scam - it mirrors the FREE government signup and charges £50 for it, with no additional services provided. The refund policy is designed to catch you out so you cant claim back either and customer support is terrible.

On top of this, they take your passport data (though you can delete) so please be very careful and AVOID

This Indonesian lookalike website is a scam ... ends with .com instead of .id (real indonesian site) charge you way more than it actually costs. Stay away from this rip off website or you will pay ten times more.

Scam company. Fell for it but then realised pretty fast it was not right. I have cancelled my order with them and they have confirmed a refund in 5 to 10 days which I will no doubt not get and will have to do a charge back on my card .
Google should not be allowing this on there site.

I was conned like many others. 3 seperate immigration officers confirmed the codes we were provided were a scam and did not work on top of the reality that the service is free. I am disputing it with my credit card and have reported to Google.

First website to appear when you're looking for registering yourself and get an official Arrival Card.

I paid 68USD and impossible for my Revolut Bank to cancel the payment.

Impossible also to contact the client service as their form work by filling your Order ID... which is non existent ahahah
