Brilliant customer service would highly recommend Hydro to anyone who wishes to achieve a Proffesional finish when cleaning your car.

Probably the worst customer service experience I've had. To put a disclaimer I have not tried the product yet due to being unable to when my bundle arrived. It was missing a lot of the items in the Bundle. I sent images and emailed the company. Along with the box being extremely damaged when getting the order and some random moisture in the spray bottle? After emailing the company I did get a speedy reply stating they would send the missing items along with something extra to make up for the issues but they had to speak to their logistics team. After a full week of waiting I ask for an update where they state they have already sent out half of the missing products? They then ask me to confirm my address which I did. Then ask me to confirm it a second time for some reason. Very frustrating customer experience.

Have order twice now both times paid for next day delivery by dpd but on both times delivery does not come next day but in few days time have messaged and have said that they should not be charging next day if can not keep to there contract .they should be telling customers that service not available and keep charging for it and offer a cheaper amount for delivery

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

Scam artists. They flood you with about 6-8 emails a day with misleading subject lines that make you think you accidentally placed an order, or that you've got a benefit they aren't actually giving you. It's exactly like those "FREE wifi great BEER" signs to make you think # pub is offering free beer. In reality, it this company were selling actual good products, they wouldn't need to resort to deception to sell their Chinese imported base models.

The products that I use from Hydro UK I’ve changed the way my vehicle looks with extreme cleanliness and a highly polished VW campervan. I’ve never used anything else like this thank you very much.

Easy transaction, fast delivery and great product

Like most people who seen the advertisement, is this another Gimmick.
I was fed up by the way the wife’s and my car were looking even after spending hours cleaning. I seen Hydro advertised and decided to take the plunge. The parcel came when promised and very well packaged, I used the wife’s car as the Guinea pig and followed there precise instructions, pre wash on can you see the dirt lifting believe me YES you can, washed off now the snow, obviously gave time for the product to do it’s thing, washed off and dried the vehicle, when the wife came out to see all she said was WOW that is the best I seen it. Full top of creep points.
Joking aside don’t think just go for it you will not regret treating your car. I’m sold on the product and highly recommend it

I saw the ads on social media and after trying others I thought I’d take a chance especially as the kit I chose came with two spray bottles. My car isn’t just clean it gleams. Reordered more stock and got 4 bottles as a mystery gift. This company is the best and it’s safe to say my search for products that do what they say is over.

Good email response when a problem came up sorted this out straight away

I took the chance an pulled the trigger an ordered the two v2 spray bottles with the snow and pre wash also the mystery box, wow what can i say a part from hell yeah after trying so many products from other company's from now hydro is the only one to use on both my cars

Never left a negative review before for any purchases but this has to be the most disappointing product I have ever bought.
Pump bottle doesn't deliver as per advert have to keep priming. Used products as ratio advised hasn't removed film of dirt or even hardened muck. Taken the shine off my paintwork and removed shine and products from plastic trim. Bucket sponge and Autoglym products far better. I've just spent three hours repolishing and detailing car.

I ordered a v2 bundle and a couple of other items my package was swiftly despatched by hydro and received it great condition due to excellent packaging, although there was a item missing from my order a quick email later a hydro representative named Harry responded and apologised for the mistake and expedited the missing item on a over night delivery. This shows a company who can own any mistakes that are made and can respond swiftly to make it right I will definitely be using there excellent products again

Great products and works well. Delivery was very fast and efficient.

Brilliant bundle full of great quality products, the drying towel is a real standout product effortlessly absorbing unbelievable amounts of water closely followed by the detail spray that’s leaves a great shine and beads water droplets brilliantly. Customer service was great also when making enquiries about my order. All in all a pleasant experience and will be using again.

Good quality products, fast delivery, competitively priced. What’s not to like? As soon as the hosepipe ban ends I’ll be washing everything I can to test the chemicals out. 5 stars based on experience so far and friends reports who have used the chemicals.

Really pleased with quality of the items; I initially purchased the V2 free spray bundle, but have since purchased other Hydro products. Very happy with the quality of everything and indeed the performance of the products. It’s easy to use and I believe does a superb job. The customer service received has been spot on and the information on the Hydro website is also very informative. Very happy with everything so much so that Hydro is now my ‘go to’ car product.
