Absolutely shocking quality

Absolutely shocking quality, they seem to be a scam of a company. I whished that I had checked their website before ordering these SO CALLED top quality car mats. They have been packed so poorly, creases every where. The clips that are supposed to lock in the mats look so flimsy. Loose threads every where. So thin I can't imagine them lasting. I asked for my car make to be stitched in, not there. I don't think I will even bother trying to fit them.
A lesson learned. I will just swallow the cost (It seems to much hassle to try and recoup), and put them straight in the bin.. JUST AVOID!!!!

Poor Quality - do not buy

Reading other reviews I must admit I feel like I am the old one however I have to say the Mats I received are very low quality. They’re very light therefore every time I get into the car they get bent out of shape. They don’t stay down. They move constantly. They arrived wrapped in a plastic bag with instructions to let them settle for a few days before installing them. Why? When you’re paying over £90 for a set of carpets for a Tesla, why couldn’t you just ship them Flat. After waiting three weeks for them to arrive, I get this pile of crap. Sorry but I am angry. The truth is they are cheaply made in China or somewhere like that. There is no premium leather feel or look. and I consider a complete waste of money. I’m putting up with them until I can’t stand them anymore when they’ll be going straight in the trash. I’m just sorry that I threw away my old mats. This is the very last time I will believe an AI generated advert after all £90 is a lot of money.

Absolute Scam

This company are an absolute scam. They're not UK based as advertised.
1 star is too generous.

Bought mats for my car. They don't fit and a different colour was sent. They refuse refunds and returns.
After a battle with their 'customer service' you get nowhere. No help just a hand to the face. Their not British but from Hong Kong. My bank got me my money back.

However on Wednesday last week I have received threatening emails from them demanding payment and denying anything was wrong with the product. They hound you with threats. Now I have extra charges for refusing to pay them.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with to the point they cannot be real and only be a scam. NEVER ever buy from them. Save yourself a headache!

Just don’t!

Goodness me! Where to start! I placed my order online and paid as requested. 4 weeks later i received an email stating that my mats had been delivered, which they definitely had not! I tried to contact Whipmats but as stated by others, they do not answer emails and the 2 mobile numbers given go straight to message box and calls are never returned. I informed my bank and got a transfer of funds back. The mats arrive 6 days later, not from the ‘family firm’ they advertise but from Hong Kong. They are not good quality, the passenger mat does not fit, and the drivers side does not sit properly l, but by this time I was keen to get this sorted. They emailed asking payment as I had now received the mats, but wanted me to pay into a different account BSB Ecomerce. I was concerned, so I contacted my bank, they have said it is ok to pay it as I have contacted them now with my concern and I will still be covered by their fraud guarantee and they have put a ‘transaction concern’ on my account. Don’t buy from them! The mats are really not worth the money, i have already thrown mine in the bin. I have a brand new car and don’t want ill fitting, tatty mats in my car, but the poor customer service is so frustrating don’t bother. I wish I hadn’t.

I purchased mats for my new Sportage GT…

I purchased mats for my new Sportage GT line having seen there advert on Facebook. The mats arrived and I then tired to fit them. Firstly they are of poor quality and secondly they do not fit. One reason is there are anchors on my floor and no provision (holes) to attach the mats. Secondly they have double sided Velcro which u are supposed to stick to various parts of the inside. So I fit the drivers side mat. Then I try and fit the passenger side mat, which does not seat properly and has not been made to fit my model of car. Upon driving the drivers side mat develops a life of its own constantly sliding under the pedals, which of course is “dangerous” so I contact “crap mats” sorry WhipMats they say they will send replacements. At this point considering the poor quality I as for a refund. Which I am told I cannot have as it is their policy to “rip people off” and not refund them. I have sent over 25 emails to readdress this and have received shocking customer service. I was then told, that there incompetent CEO would contact me. Well well, that’s not happened, that is a surprise as probably he’s on a cruise with all the ill gotten gains from fools like myself who have forked out their hard earned cash. So if indeed you are foolishly enough to believe their corporate waffle and wish to be treated disingenuously buy from “We Supply Crap Mats”😡😡

DO NOT BUY! Dissolved UK Company (Now HK Scam) - Refusing refund for order #WP6646COM!

Do not trust Whipmats.com! They advertise as a UK business, but they are a scam. Their UK registration 'WHIPMATS LTD' (Company number: 16417224) was officially dissolved on 2nd June 2026. They are now operating under 'BSB ECOMERCE LIMITED' in Hong Kong to escape UK Consumer Rights.

My name is Mujeeb Rahman, and I placed an order (Order #WP6646COM) in July 2026. The custom mats they sent me do not fit my vehicle at all. They are too small, misaligned with the floor pegs, and leave huge gaps. I sent emails with photo video evidence, but they keep sending robotic, copy-pasted replies refusing a refund.

Important advice for other victims who bought from them:

> If you have already purchased from this site and are facing the same issue, please do the following immediately:
> * Do not waste time contacting their customer service or trying to take them to the UK Small Claims Court (as they are now based in Hong Kong, making legal enforcement extremely difficult).
> * Contact your bank or card issuer immediately (like Barclaycard or any other bank you used).
> * Request a Chargeback or file a Section 75 claim. Provide your bank with screenshots of your emails and photos of the poorly fitting mats as evidence.
> * Report their Facebook/Instagram Ads as a "Scam/Misleading" to stop them from targeting more UK customers.
> This is the only guaranteed way to get your hard-earned money back. I have already initiated this chargeback process with my bank. Stay safe and avoid this overseas trap!

Stay Clear

Thank you for your message, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience

For order-related issues like fitment concerns, material questions, or packaging damage, our email support team is the best resource to assist you. All such cases are handled via email so they can be properly reviewed, documented, and resolved by the right department

Please email us at help at whipmats.com with your order number and clear photos of the mats received, and our team will get back to you promptly with the next steps.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to sorting this out for you.

This is a standard response for all complaints i believe but you just get a run around . To date I have an email trail of approximately 20 emails back and forth saying about the mats not fitting or aligned with the pegs etc asking if they have sent the wrong ones for my car , can I get replacement etc up to the point of reminding them of the consumer rights act 2015 here in UK all the way to I want a refund...they really don't care . They are a Hong Kong based company so our laws don't apply . My advice is to stay well clear of Whipmats.com the mats are not as described and neither are the free gifts

Disaster from start to finish

Disaster from start to finish. Told me my order had arrived when it hadnt. It arrived three days later. Ordered mats for front and back but only got front. Whipmats refused a return/refund and the mats I received dont fit my car. I paid for mats, only got half my order and the mats I did receive dont fit. Whipmats refuse to replace missing items or replace the mats that I did receive but dont fit. Total waste of time and money.

What you get is not whats advertised! The thick luxury mats you think you're getting are actually very thin cheap and poorly fitting and contacted the customer service and weeks later still waiting for a response for the mats that don't fit ! Have ordered from Diamond mats before and got what I ordered and thay are good so thought on this car I was getting the same but got scammed from this Chinese company that claims its a UK based company, so as always if the deal is too good to believe on the Internet do some research as akt of people have been ripped off by this company

Very disappointed with these car mats.

Very disappointed with these car mats.. They are definitely NOT made to measure. I advised them that although have a 7 seater VW Touran, I only use 5 seats. I have a hoist in the car for my mobility scooter so the rear two seats are folded down and not accessible. They asked for more details before I placed my order, which I provided along with photographs and was advised the mats would fit my car. They don't. Instead of improving the look of my interior they make it look cheap. They do not fit as the pictures on the website suggest. They were happy to reply to my e mails before I ordered the mats, but now I have them they dont respond to my emails. Unfortunately , my mother took ill and passed away before I could get the mats installed, so too late now to return them.. Definitely buyer beware with this company.

DO NOT BUY the mats are nothing like…

DO NOT BUY the mats are nothing like they show on their advertisements. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful as I was going back and forth via email and getting no where after sending evidence of the mats as requested but they still would not listen until I sent all the evidence to my bank and requested a chargeback which was successful and now they are trying every tactic to get me to pay even though I've asked on several occasions for the return address to which they won't give. The trading standards should be investigating this company.

I purchased a set of floor mats for my…

I purchased a set of floor mats for my Audi RS7 from Whip Mats after being impressed by the quality shown in their advertisements and videos. Unfortunately, the product I received was nothing like what was advertised.
The mats did not arrive in a box. Instead, they were packed in a very tightly bound bag secured with parcel tape, and as a result they arrived extremely creased to a degree that I would not be prepared to accept. More importantly, they simply do not fit my Audi RS7 correctly. The fixing clips supplied are incorrect, so the mats cannot be secured properly, which is both frustrating and a potential safety concern.
The driver’s footrest section is particularly disappointing. In the adverts it appears to be a well-designed, integrated feature, but the one I received looks like nothing more than an upside-down piece of Velcro attached to the mat. It looks unfinished, feels poor quality, and bears little resemblance to the promotional photos and videos.
After contacting customer services to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by their response. Rather than acknowledging that the product is not as advertised, they asked me to send photographs of myself attempting to fit the mats to my car. I am a qualified mechanic and have been for over 30 years, so I am not just Joe Public trying to fit some mats to my car. I am not prepared to waste any more of my time and effort trying to install a product that I have already determined I do not want because it is fundamentally different from what was advertised. In my view, the issue is not how I am fitting the mats—it is that the product itself does not match the description, appearance, or quality that was promoted.
Overall, the product is not as described, does not fit correctly, and the after-sales support has left me feeling that my concerns have not been taken seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Whip Mats and would advise potential customers to think carefully before purchasing.
