First set of MATS did not fit my car very poor Chinese manufacturing they have sent me a replacement set which are even worse they are just 3 flat mats that you can get in any supermarket but only 3 mats ? do not buy from this company takes 20 days to get them so I have wasted £99 and 40 days no sign of a refund

Brought custom made mats for car. £260. They dont fitm after about 30 emails they agreed a refund. But we got to post to china at our costs, around £200. No Uk address.

I ordered some mats with my cars logo on them they are made in China with very poor quality and no logo which I was charged extra for...would not recommend to anyone at all save your money

Car mats arrived but without the logo which i had paid for
Car seat, i was emailed informing me that the order had been delivered.
I wuestioned thrir email regarding the email, the reply back from Whipmats… order was cancelled and money refunded.
It appears Whipmats are a very shoddy company, they accept your order and money and then inform you, your offer has been deliverd when it hasn't
Their process for refunds takes longer
My advise is stay well clear of them… red flag

No gifts no proper mats or floor cover !
It's like you both them from China for 5£ !!!

Good quality could do with a few more fixings and packaging questionable buy understandable does what they say water proof and keeps car clean and mess free would be awesome to have a product that protects down the door side of the seats for future purchase.

Absolutely shocking workmanship, meant to be hard wearing. Mine wore a hole where my left heel sits whilst operating the clutch pedal within three months.
Company offered me a 15% discount on my next order but I told them I would be taking further action.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Mats arrived and did not fit well, Qulity isno where like in the advert either so BEWARE.
Porsche Logo was £10 extra and not visible, was told I needed to tear part of the mats to see the logo! Im not placing this rubbish in my Porsche
Went through the normal channells and its stalling tactics all the way!
Finally get Alfie Jones, well the company isnow baced in Hong Kong not the UK and it was jusr a debacle!
They finslly agree to have them back but against the Consumer law the yexpect you to send them back to Hong Kong!!
Im off to Hong Kong to see relatives soon so might well visit Stanley Street where they are based!
Utter Debacle and im going throigh small claims unless their next comms is payiny postage

Strongly advise done west your money.
These car mats are poorly made, slide around dangerously under the pedals, and arrived with a chemical odor that stings and give headache.
I have bought for my audi A7 and I have put in the bin £99.95.
This car mats are poorly made, chemical smell and don't fit how they claim it video.
I guarantee you and your passenger after 10min will open all windows because a stings.
Strongly advise done west your money.

This product has been the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. The mats do not fit anything like the online advertisement implies they will albeit on a different car. The look and finish is nothing like advertised either. I wish I’d just given my money to charity instead of wasting it on these coverings

I mistakenly ordered boot mat instead of car floor mats. I contacted them straight away and after 2 lots of emails of me saying i had ordered the wrong item and wanted a to cancel my order i had 2 emails that wasted two days saying yes you have ordered the boot mats. Customer servicd is so unhelpful and now they are saying they are being prepared for my vehicle. If they read my email properly the mats would not be made yet and canceller. Be careful buying from this site as they dont care what you want to do.they ignore email requests

Poor service and awful delivery schedule bought as a gift never arrived on time and just fob you off with excuse after excuse avoid at all costs will never use again or recommend

Nice attractive car mats, came when the said they would ,easy to fit. Good quality too

Mats were easy to instal and look great. Would highly recommend togive your car that clean class look
