I've had a positive experience with Hostworld. The help I've received has been very helpful when on the occasion I've had any technical problems in getting connected to my VPS. So I would recommend their service.

I have been with Cali.co.uk now Hostworld for 26years. I could not recommend them more. I am still dealing with Kirsty through the Cali section and Kirsty always comes up with a first class service in the event of any glitches occurring. There is never a big time lag between communicating and things being actioned. Any fears I might have had when Cali became part of Hostworld have been long allayed. Excellent service

The Paristamen Charity has been using Hostworld to host our website and email for several years. Although we have had a few minor hiccups, they are so responsive when something arises, and get back to me promptly with well-explained answers. I have also used them for other organisations where I am involved. I would certainly have no hesitation on recommend Hostworld to other small/medium charities and voluntary organisations.

Well there always available if there are any issues / problems that need attention. Im happy and wont be changing :-)

Ive always received great help, especially from KIrsty cos my knowledge of internet sites etc is nil.

I have nothing to say except that I am sorry for long suffering Kirsty. She has been an absolute rock and has dug me out of many a hole over the many years we have been together for which I am eternally grateful.
I did worry when it changed over to Hostworld but I need not have - nothing has changed you still get the same personal touch and the same great service - thank you.

I registered with Calico in the old days, nearly 30 years ago - I didn’t know what I was doing then and still don’t really! The help and support that I have had from the staff of Calico and then Hostworld has been outstanding and I cannot imagine moving elsewhere.

Whether in relation to my personal domain name and email accounts or those for organisations I manage, when a problem arises, Kirsty and her colleagues at Calico in Cromarty (now part of Hostworld) are quick to identify the problem, explain it to me in language I can understand and then resolve it as speedily as possible.

My company has used Hostworld for the best part of 24 years, unlike many other suppliers I have never had cause to look at changing, when I have an issue i just open a ticket and withing an hour a reply comes back together with the rectification.

Reasonably priced, very stable and reliable service! Everything you need from a hosting service.

You pay for what you get. Yes you pay a little extra in comparison to the cheap providers, but do their customer service levels match up? Ultimately, are you prepared to take the risk over a few $/£ extra per month. The choice is yours, choose wisely.

I am impressed with the expediency of Hostworld in answering my questions and dealing with problems. My family in Canada sometimes wait days for their provider to assist them. So I am pleased and reassured to have Hostworld ready to assist me. Their customer service is first-class.

I was a customer of Calico for about 10 years and always found them friendly and helpful. I've not had much need to contact them since Hostworld took over, but they seem to be following in Calico's hard to fill shoes.
