The worst crowd I've ever dealt with

The worst crowd I've ever dealt with, tried a number of time to get help from these people for new website after several weeks of no replies I told them to cancel the contract due to no support from then and seen this as a breach of contract again no reply dispite stop the 49p a month being stopped be myself, now several months down the line they are threatening me with a debt collection agency for 48p, what a laughing stock, instead of making the problem better they turn to threats

Excellent live chat customer support

Climen was the best support and solved all my problems which left me at 5pm able to log off and go into the weekend happy and relaxed. It took a while to do and he had to try multiple things but he kept going until we got there. New business email up and running !

I was struggling to get my new email account up and running mainly due to my mistakes. Sean was very patient with me and took me through step by step to get the emails up and running.

Two professionals had me up and running in no time

I spoke to two guys, firstly a chap that told me about what ID I had to upload to revoke 2FA, once that was completed I rang back and spoke to another agent, Shaun, and he was very professional and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. A great service.
