I'm very happy with the service and support at Krystal. Support is friendly, fast, and you can tell they actually want to solve your problem instead of just closing the ticket. In the time I've been with them (more than 4 years) the hosting has been reliable, with hardly any unexpected downtime, and the price is fair for what you get. The control panel is well designed from a UX perspective — everything you need is where you'd expect it, and their documentation is clearly written and thorough, so I usually solve things myself without contacting support.

I’m not a professional webmaster, just creating and maintaining a couple of websites for the voluntary and charity sectors. After many years of using a variety of domain name providers, I find Krystal a refreshing change. They are transparent in their offer and importantly their support is really good - prompt, professional responses from a human - no going down a chat bot / AI rabbit hole!

For me, the support on offer means more than anything and these guys go above and beyond expectations.
