Helpful and mostly very straightforward as this was a simple probate case. You do need to check the paperwork though: there were some typos including one where the wrong executor was named, probably because different staff do different parts of the paperwork and aren't all equally careful.

My Hug Rugs arrived within a week and have been invaluable in the horrible muddy weather, absorbing an incredible amount of pawprints from 3 cats and a big lurcher with huge feet. They wash well but also you can usually get them clean just by vacuuming them when they're dry. They have a nice texture and my dog likes to snooze on them after a walk. Recommended.

My second order from Warm4Less. Staff are helpful and the delivery was OK, with good wrapping and stout boxes to protect the panels. Platinum ceiling panels were my only heating over the winter; they cost slightly more than gas CH (I hadn't forseen the enormous hike in electricity costs) but give a very good, even warmth which lasts as it heats the furniture etc. not just the air. Only glitch was the temperature gadget received went on one panel, but these have now been improved and replaced by the new Platinum version, which I bought one of for a spare room. It's an improvement, so well done to W4L for listening to customer comments.

Good, communicative company. Quality control on their fires seems v good and prices are good value. I recommend getting one of their bioethanol stoves - they're much cleaner than woodburners, don't need a flue, and still provide an attractive heat source when the power-cuts happen!

Good service from CTW, who handled both the sale of my old house and purchase of the new one. Good communications, chivvied the other solicitors involved when necessary, and answered all my queries. Final bill wasn't too bad considering it was a more complicated purchase than some. Would recommend.

Good company, prompt delivery of cat food. Gradually introduced over a couple of weeks; OK for two of my three cats, third one had an upset tummy & runs and I think it's because the Eden food is so rich. They were all reluctant to eat it at first, perhaps because of the strong herb smell? Littlest cat now loves it & is super silky & bright-eyed, big cat is same as ever, other cat is recovering but I think it may not be for him.
