DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Despite being called “Kids Australia” it took almost 3 weeks to receive the shipment to the “Sydney depot” according to their tracking. Once I received the toys - the numbers were written in CHINESE!
I went back to the website and I had a look at the pictures and they’re very sneaky hiding the Chinese numbers and using AI to make the kids look like they’re playing with the toys!

Not worth the money.
After receiving no reply to emails regarding confirmation of my order, it took a paypal action to get this company to respond. I have now received my items and they are very disappointing. The quality is poor, and not worth half the "sale" price I paid. Had I realised when I ordered that they are a Chinese shop and not Australian, I would not have ordered. Save your money and go to your local cheap shop for a better deal.

The name ‘Kids Australia’ is deceiving because the package did not come from Australia. This shipping came directly from overseas- so I did a quick search on Temu for the items I bought and discovered I just paid double for the same items on Temu… do not shop, go straight to Temu. Took very long too.

Don’t believe the story about how this business was founded in Melbourne. It’s a Chinese business and the products come from there, not Australia. My item arrived poorly packaged in a damaged box and with no instructions. If you want a refund you need to pay for postage back to China.

Being called kids Australia I stupidly assumed it was an Australian business. They are based in Hong Kong, items were posted from Hong Kong and terrible quality and boxes arrived crushed. When they finally arrived a month later! They were for a gift that I won't be able to give now.

Do NOT buy from this store they are not Australian and the quality of their goods is rubbish. I’ve reported them to the ACCC as a ghost website - I recommend others do the same. Don’t accept partial 30% refunds - let them know that you’ll be chasing a chargeback with your bank as they’ve sold items that are not as described, which is fraudulent under Australian consumer law. Don’t be fooled by their deceptive website. For future - it’s kidsaustralia.com (not .com.au) which is a warning sign.

I purchased several “Montessori” and “educational” toys from this website, which presents itself as an Australian family‑run business. What arrived was nothing like what was advertised. The products were extremely low‑quality, poorly made, and shipped in a crushed bag from overseas. The website uses highly polished, AI‑generated images that bear no resemblance to the real items, and the marketing is clearly designed to mislead parents who are trying to buy thoughtful, developmental toys for their children. Even the age recommendations were misrepresented, with items advertised for young children arriving labelled for much older users. The entire experience felt deceptive from start to finish, and the overwhelming number of identical 5‑star reviews appears fabricated. I would strongly caution other parents to avoid this retailer.

Thought I had found a great website for Christmas presents for my grandchildren, but all I got were cheap quality toys. False advertising - product received is much smaller than shown in the images, although the measurements provided in one photo are accurate.
I ordered the hand casting kit. It is so small that one adult sized hand doesn't even fit in the tub. Very disappointed.

Absolute crap, paid $95 for things that looked really good but were total rubbish. Things you would win at a clowns game at the show. Took a month to get - wouldn’t refund my money unless I sent them back to china at my expense so of course I took the 30% refund they offered to keep the items.
