Item Never Arrived, looks like they try to scam people
I am very disappointed with my experience with FlowPure. I placed an order for a water filter and, after more than two weeks, the item still had not arrived.
I contacted customer service to find out what was happening, but responses took around 48 hours. When I did receive a response, I was repeatedly told there was a delay, without any clear explanation or useful information about when I could actually expect my order.
The situation became concerning enough that I contacted my bank because I was worried that I might have fallen victim to a scam. I have since purchased the filter from another seller because I could not continue waiting.
Overall, the lack of communication, the long delay and the fact that I never received the item have left me extremely disappointed. I would expect much better communication and customer service when an order is significantly delayed.

I’m really impressed with my Flow Pure…
I’m really impressed with my Flow Pure sink water filter. It was easy to set up and I noticed a difference in the taste of the water straight away. The water tastes much fresher and cleaner, and I’m definitely drinking more water since getting it.
I also love the convenience of having filtered water straight from the tap rather than constantly buying bottled water or filling up a separate filter jug. It looks neat on the sink and is really simple to use day to day.
Really happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to improve your tap water.

I've been using it for about a week now. The taste of the water is amazing and there's a sweetness to it.
The installation was very straightforward and the quality and finish of the materials is impressive.
I would recommend anyone to check with their water supplier to see the amount of chemicals that they see as acceptable.

I thought it was made in uk, so it does takes over a week to arrive, I have an unusual tap so the adapters did not fit, so I ChatGPT and got advice before I emailed them, excellent and super fast response. The new adapter was ordered free of charge and came within the week. All fitted easily. Works well, I cannot say much about taste too much as we have been using a brita filter and also had a water2 filter installed which is a pain to install and change. So very glad we have changed to pure flow and I like the fact you can change it back to unfiltered to wash dishes etc.

The water is back to be able to drink it now I did bye bottled water but I keep the 2 litres bottles and refill them so I always use the filter down water in my kettle and drink it nice and cold from my fridge so I’m pleased I bought the pure flow tap adapter

After having problems with my tap
After having problems with my tap, I was sent different adapters, they didn't work either so I bought a new tap. Couldn't have had better customer service all the way through. finally got my filter fitted and the difference in water quality is amazing.
