This product is fantastic
This product is fantastic! I have been wanting to switch from bottled water to a tap filter for a long time. The water tastes incredible, it is very easy to set up. The company also send different adaptors to fit the filter to your tap if you need them. It is by far one of my best purchases and the only thing I can say is I wish I purchased it sooner!

The FlowPure has changed my families daily water intake 10 fold. My small children are now constantly drinking water knowing they are safe from all the nastys. As a returning customer
As a returning customer, I initially purchased a filter that worked really well for about five months. Encouraged by that, I bought a second one with a refilling replacement feature, and I’ve been happy with it so far.
The only downside I want to mention is about the digital display on the first filter. I paid extra for it because it was supposed to show the filter’s remaining lifespan by gradually going down or disappearing as the filter got dirty. However, that never happened. We had to rely on just looking at the filter to see when it was dirty and replace it manually. In the end, I feel that the digital display was a bit of a waste of money. Other than that, the filter itself works well!

Well the product is absolutely sensational, it's so good I bought 2, they are as good as they say they are, it's so superior to jug filters is insane, and it really does only take 1 minute to fit, and I'm a DIY muppet, this is absolutely brilliant, get one, you won't regret it 😊

Better quality drinking water
We have been using the Flowpure filter in our Kitchen tap for almost 6 months. I can definitely say that it takes out lots of the limescale and that the quality of the water is better. I only give it a 4 stars instead of 5 as I would like to send the water to a laboratory to see the difference.

Initially, I got frustrated as they shipped a different product. But, customer service is good and understood my frustration. Product replacement shipped right away. No issue with installation; fit well in our kitchen faucet. Tasted the water and no taste at all. Seems the impurities have been removed!

A little change for a healthy habit
The shipment arrived in specified time frame and clean packaging. Received real-time updates of the shipment. The filter has been working great for over a year now and definitely feel the drinking water difference of the tap water before and after installing the filter. Easy to exchange to a filter as well and takes less than 2 minutes to do that.

What a difference in the taste and kettle sediment. I had to get a new kettle before having flowpure. Now after several weeks the kettle is like new.

The only reason i am doing this is…
******I don’t know why I keep getting an email from trustpilot to respond to flowPure as there was no response on here from them and I have emailed them direct*****
The only reason i am doing this is because i ordered this item as i believed it was a UK based company which i wanted to support and they looked brilliant and trustworthy. It became faulty after only about 3-4months and they were great, they despatched a new tap filter. It seemed to take a while so i chased it up and they sent me the tracking and discovered it’s not actually manufactured here.
*****Your order came from China. According to customer transit reports and FlowPure Trustpilot reviews, items are manufactured in and dispatched directly from facilities in China. They are flown into the UK before being handed over to your local courier.*****
I believe in supporting your country and feel very let down. Wont be ordering any filter from them and will find a new water filter. :-(

Flowpure filter is a godsend
Flowpure filter is a godsend! My house is 120 years old, Flowpure filters all the rust and other nasties so I have clean, safe drinking water. I also love the water pressure through the filter, makes rinsing dishes easy!
