No adapter sent after wait of days, customer support is garbage.

Been trying to resolve, zero response.

The package arrived promptly, impressive for international shipping. The instructional video was exemplary, in the experience of this lifelong educator, and the filter and parts were of the highest quality, and very attractive.
As if this were not enough, customer support was courteous, extremely prompt, and provided additional fittings at no charge.
Finally, Flowpure donates 10 liters of pure water with every order!

We really noticed the difference in the taste of the water & we were amazed at the colour of the filter when we changed it against a new one.
It was really easy to fit too

Just as easy to fit as it says in the advert. I took off my end screw thread on my mixer tap and screwed the unit in. No other adapters required. As required I ran the cold tap for five minutes and put the water on the garden. Works fine. The switch from filter to unfiltered is seamless. Taste, I compared with Evian and couldn't tell the difference. Tea and coffee taste so much better as well as water. Couldn't be more pleased.

Filters out the stuff from the water that made my skin itchy and sometimes red, my hair also look better since.

So you get what you expect after purchase.

Therefore 5 star.

Arrived promptly,very easy to fit, let it run for 5mins tried taste a Very Definite improvement, did a blind taste with my family, all picked the filtered water as best taste.
My dogs are reluctant to drink straight from the tap, but with the filtered water no hesitation, so for me it's a WIN WIN.

I think the water is great I had a filter jug before but it was taking up to much time and when you wanted a drink it was empty now I go to the tap and great as. Much clean water as like thank you

These filters always arrive on time, I get plenty of notice when they will arrive. They work!

so easy to install and best part its direct from the tap! no faffing around with jugs etc. only thing is that there is limescale build up in my kitchen alot more than i had with the brita filter jugs!.

Well packaged, a bit apprehensive initially with installing Flowpure kept reading over instructions. Applied filter and purchased additional small tap spray that can be added to the filter.
Best product I have purchased this year and sent links to family and friends. You can taste the difference immediately. Thank you !
