Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I ended up with the right waterdrop unit for me which was a 15UA-UF.

I am very happy with the water filter, having just installed it a couple of days ago. I like that it was easy to install and the convenience of changing the filters. It has a great flow rate and it is really quiet compared to what I thought it would be from other reviews. This is my first tankless water filter and I like it much better than my old one. Filters are so much easier to change and flush!

We’ve had an excellent experience with our Waterdrop water filter and Waterdrop’s customer service. We accidentally damaged a part and contacted customer service for help. Anna, the customer service rep, responded promptly, resolved the issue, and even provided a replacement filter at no cost. She kept in touch throughout the process, and we really appreciated her help.

I’ve had a number of water filters in the past and this is the best tasting water we’ve ever had. My wife is in love with it. Making her a bit of a water snob though, just beware.

A good filtration system and excellent customer support. They respond quite quickly and genuinely try to resolve any issues you may have. Unfortunately, our first unit stopped working after just two years of use. We hope the new one will last longer. Overall, we are very satisfied!

I bought a Waterdrop Remineralization Hot Cold RO Water Dispenser, A2G × 1; but it was not the right choice for my family of 4. The support was great; helping me out finding what would really work for us.

My experience with Waterdrop customer service has been superb. I wanted to upgrade the A2 water filter to the A2G RO filter and between Sarah and Kimberly, they made my purchase experience very smooth. The arrival was prompt and the unit gives impeccable clear water. We previously had an under sink filter but the water was still somewhat undesirable...now we have A class water.
The unit was very easy to set up, with Kimberly (customer service associate) reminding to operate the flushing system before use.
I cannot fault Waterdrop for their products and customer service. Thank you.

The customer service and communication is very good as are their products. Siki and Sarah were both excellent when I had some questions and answered quickly with lots of knowledge. Would use the company again as the products are excellent as well.

I had an issue with not receiving the expected credit for referring Waterdrop to a friend who had purchased a system but failed to follow the exact process described by the site. When I asked about the $50 credit I thought I was due, I was told the referral process was automated and couldn't be overridden. That strikes me as flawed. However, Lene Z. of Membership & Referral Rewards Support helped me receive and use a 15% coupon on a filter purchase, and Waterdrop also sent me a Gravity Water Pitcher (which I have no use for but will pass on to a friend). Not what I expected or think I should have received, but far better than nothing. And I appreciated the prompt attempt by Lene to resolve my issue with the company.

I bought a water filter system from Waterdrop. It's great. But then it weirdly stopped working well, so I contacted them. Customer Service was wonderful: responsive, friendly, and effective - even though my system was past the warranty period. I now like the filter even more and the company!!

System has stopped working and it a bit challenging to deal with the company. They want me to try to fix before they replace it.

The system is practical except that I have to empty the waste water, and waste clean water when emptying it. The capacity would be better if the capacity is slightly larger. The functions are great for dispensing water. However the hot water dispenser the temperature falls short. Is there a way to have the actual temperature? I did called to customer service, and no one have assisted me to address these issues.
