Quick delivery. Great service as always

I placed an order on 08/07 after confirming the items were shown as available. Shortly afterwards, I received emails on 15/07 and 16/07 advising of repeated delays, including one with no delivery date provided.
I contacted customer services several times by email and live chat and received nothing but generic responses blaming a supplier delay. If the items were not actually available, they should never have been sold as such.
I was repeatedly told my case had been escalated and that I would receive an update within 24 hours. No one contacted me, and every update came only because I chased it myself.
What frustrated me most was the complete lack of flexibility or customer care. I was not offered a suitable alternative, nor a practical solution despite the order no longer meeting its intended purpose.
I have now been told that the order will arrive in separate deliveries, with part not arriving until August, despite me advising that we will not be in the country.
The lack of communication, accountability, empathy, and ownership has been shocking. This was my first purchase with this retailer and, based on this experience, it will be my last. I cannot recommend this company

first time using Fanatics and I wasn't 100% sure about them / the site etc however ordering was seamless and item was delivered before estimated time as advised. Will definitely use fanatics again.

Shirt quality and fit are good.

1st- ordered a shirt for my son with name/number. Arrived with said name/number but also a bright yellow 22 on the back bearing in mind the name/number is black on a grey top, took a week to get a response to send it back.

2nd- ordered away shirt day of release 9:00am. Stated would be shipped by 21st July, got in touch on chat to say it's out of stock sorry, can't access inventory to know when it will be sent out but I can cancel it for you 😤 I want the bloody top like I've ordered on release date. Was in stock when I ordered it! Don't know when it will turn up if it ever will. Diabolical response times and not really helping customers.

I have bought 3 of Lewis Hamilton’s caps this season, normal Ferrari 44, the China GP and the Silverstone yellow one.

I would not recommend this shower to anyone absolutely terrible.....

Ordered on July 2nd with Express Delivery, now we're July 8th and the package hasn't been even handed over to DHL yet.
No response via chatbot, email or the phone... what is Fanatics UK doing?
I'd like my package to be sent ASAP and an answer from Fanatics. Also, a refund for the 10 euro Express Shipping I paid but did not receive.
Very, very frustrating experience so far.

Absolutely disappointing experience with these people. One should be aware that with ordering a Three Lions shirt at their shop, you won't have received anything after three weeks - neither a shirt, nor an answer to several mails nor confirmation of cancellation of the order and a refund (which doesn't appear to be possible). Be warned!!!

Update for clarification: I ordered at englandstore.com, which is operated by Fanatics UK. Ordered on June 17th (!), was told twice that the parcel got lost and never received a refund as promised.

Brilliant aftercare service, Can't fault there approach to sorting out an issue i had.

Great service, price and products. Very happy.

I ordered a top on 14th June and I’ve had no updates since, I’ve emailed them on 2 occasions and I still haven’t had any reply or communication, extremely disappointed

Placed an order for 2 items. Only one arrived and was the wrong size, impossible to speak to anyone. Tried the online chat and the phoneline. Both no response for 1 hour 20 mins at 11am on a Thursday..
