Zamówiłem koszulkę w przedsprzedaży 5 komplet w wersji ADV w kolaboracji z Labubu. Zamówienie opłacone 19.05.2026r. Wysyłka miała ruszyć maksymalnie do 08.06.2026r. Do 12.07 otrzymałem tylko jeden mail, proszący o cierpliwość i że zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane. Po 2 miesiącach od daty zamówienia, sklep wysłał informację, że koszulka jest wyprzedana i że sklep zwróci pieniądze. Po tym czasie, nie mam możliwości kupna koszulka na innych stronach bo jest wszędzie wyprzedana. Jestem kolekcjonerem koszulek wielu klubów, ale z czymś takim pierwszy raz w życiu się spotkałem, totalna amatorka.

Eng: I ordered the 5th kit ADV version from the Labubu collaboration in a pre-sale. I paid for the order on May 19, 2026. The shipment was supposed to start no later than June 8, 2026.

Until July 12, I received only one email asking for patience and assuring me that my order would be fulfilled. Then, almost two months after I placed the order, the store informed me that the shirt was sold out and that I would receive a refund.

By that time, I no longer had the opportunity to buy the shirt from other retailers because it was sold out everywhere. I collect football shirts from many clubs, but this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. It was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing

Pre-ordered their LabubuxPSG jersey back on May and have had it delayed several months. Only for them to send me an email to say it was cancelled with no communication in between. Abysmal how a pre-ordered item can be out of stock.

I have made within orders since beginning of June. It was supposed to be received within 2 to 5 business days. I still have no news despite sending email to their customer service which never replied. Terrible service. It is very poor for such a reputable brand like psg. Extremely disappointed.

I am happy to purchase from PSG store as I am a big fan and really appreciate PSG offering as well as service and communication.

Still have t received my entire order after 2 months
They are not answering any mail

I ordered 2 items on 12th May. One item arrived within a reasonable timeframe but the second item never arrived. After MULTIPLE attempts to make contact on the chat feature (which regularly times itself out after a very long wait to connect with a live agent) I managed to succesfully cancel my order and requested a refund. I still have not received a refund or any follow up communication about same. It is virtually impossible to contact customer service as there is no email address provided and the customer service tel number redirects you to another number which I cannot get through to from my location. The last option I have left is to write a letter and post it ...and sit and hope that someone replies! Unbelievably frustrated at the stage. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a PSG strip for my son on the 27/7/26 and expected delivery date was between 5/6/26 and 15/6/26. I received a delay email however, it is now 3/7/26 and no communication from the company when I should expect my item. I opened a chat on the website however, I was told I could not be verified as I apparently used a different contact number when placing order- which I did not as I only have 1 number. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I will receive a refund and PayPal will deal with the company.

Very late writing this review, I ordered PSG's limited edition polo shirt a year ago with the 2025 Champions League winner's mark. Shirt arrived in a timely fashion & it has been well used so far & still in top condition. Cheers PSG!

Part of my order has arrived sefely, despite the wait times

Impossible de joindre le service client centre de contact injoignable. reçu un maillot avec déchirure et flocage pas droit suite a cela je demande un retour impossible de me faire parvenir une simple étiquette de retour. le chat m'envoi constamment balade et ferme la discussion . nous Avon bien compris soit vous habitez paris et vous avez accès a la boutique ou rien du tout

Very disappointed with my experience with the PSG Store/Fanatics.
I purchased a pair of Nike TN shoes for £138 and paid an additional £7 for delivery. When the shoes arrived, they were defective and had to be returned. This was not a case of changing my mind—the product was faulty upon arrival.
Fanatics provided a return label and refunded the £138 purchase price, but they refused to refund the original £7 delivery charge. I find this completely unfair, as I should not be left out of pocket because they supplied a defective product.
If a customer receives a faulty item, they should receive a full refund of everything they paid. Instead, I have effectively been charged £7 for the inconvenience of receiving a defective product.
Poor customer service and disappointing treatment of customers. I expected much better from an official PSG retailer. ( Order 193-7921-9404 )

The hoodie was too small so my son had to send it back at a very expensive shipping rate from Australia. There was no exchange option. We had to re-purchase a larger size which he then had to pay the non earlybird price. The hoodie went from $90 to $115 plus postage from France plus $50 return postage from Australia. This was most of his savings as he is only young. I am still waiting on the refund from the first jumper.

We did place the order for the shirt and and the shorts on May 15 / it should have been a birthday present for our daughter (June 14). However, the shirt arrived not before June 15 (and thus after the birthday). The shorts have not arrived at all. This is extremely disappointing and difficult to understand what take so long. We are not happy at all.

When i open the package. The t-shirt was stick to it. So now the t-shirt is damage. Impossible to understand how to contact thé psg store to send it back and replaced. They are usine Robot and never ggetunderstand by it.

Products are shipped with weeks and sometimes even more delay.

There is no information regarding shipment delays when weeks order. We receive the bad news after payment.

Not to say that my products got lost one time and I had to wait for more than 45 days to get the issue solved.

You are only lucky that I am a fan of the team, cause what you do with the merch is not ok at all and in any point at the level of the club Paris Saint Germain!
