A fantastic service throughout
I wanted a particular model of sunglasses and eye-oo were the only company that could supply them. A popular brand and model but the price was unbelievable. I waited with some anxiety wondering what the catch may be, there wasn't one. Even the delivery was of quality and took just six days to reach the UK from Italy. I've waited longer for goods posted within the UK. A great experience and thank you eye-oo, I'll certainly recommend your services

OK, but not quite as good as expected
The sunglasses were shipped quickly, but they were dusty and there were fingerprints on the lenses. One hinge is also a little loose (though that might be normal for a Persol 714 SM). The website promises a thorough inspection before shipping and that the glasses will be in perfect condition, but that was clearly not the case here. I was promised a 10 percent discount on my next purchase, but I’m not sure if I’ll buy anything from here again. And I find that a bit ridiculous as an apology, since you actually always get that 10 percent anyway. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the sunglasses.

The bying experience itself was great…but......
The bying experience itself was great and smooth and when i have problem with my address they helped on the spot to fix it . But unfortunately the received glasses was a display piece full of hair lines tiny scratches and one tiny bump which shocked me the problem thati just reached the country and i saw it now and iam leaving today in a long trip and I have no time to go for the hassle of returning shipments while iam in continuous traveling so I need to accept it as it is and live with it.
