The worst customer service
I paid extra for express shipping because I needed the sunglasses before my vacation. After 7 days, the order still hadn’t even been handed over to the courier, even though the item was shown as available for purchase, and they claim a 2–6 day delivery time with standard shipping.
What disappointed me the most was that I contacted customer service twice and never received a response.
I understand that express shipping doesn’t speed up processing, but if processing alone takes more than a week, paying extra for express delivery doesn’t make much sense. Overall, this was the worst shopping experience I’ve had, with very poor customer service.

Update: they contacted me and gave me the shipping information.
Already 5 days ago I ordered sunglasses and I still haven't recieved even a confirmation that my sunglasses are handed over to the courier. According to the shipment information on the site it takes another 2 till 6 days after hand over to the courrier to deliver. I contacted Occhialando for an update, however I did not get an answer.

Order sunglasses
This is the second time I order from them. The sunglasses are fairly priced. It does take a longer time to deliver so be aware. I waited about 2 weeks and finally got it delivered. But I remember that my first pair took around a month. But everything was good.
Overall very satisfied with the products!
