Products are fine, but online service and security is awful. Lost my money couple of times - CC details leaked, delivery to wrong address and etc...Not reliable!

I’m happy with the products. Have tried many different ones. Never wrote a commment on them before. But changing the name on the website to Ewelina Kosmetyczna is GOAT 🤩 and could not be left without a comment. Respect for supporting kids fighting cancer 👍

I wrote a bad review about their advertisement and their customer service. Eveline replied to contact them and provided an email address. I contacted them a few times and NEVER received a reply.

Don't pretend to be trying to solve problems if you clearly don't have any intention to help your customers!

They’ve added nail polish to my cart automatically, named it GIFT (usually you don’t pay for gifts, or?) and then refused to refund the amount I paid for it (which I noticed in the invoice) as it is apparently my fault I didn’t removed it from the cart.

Are you all okay in the company?
Don’t blame me as a user, blame your dark UX practice.

It is “just 1€” but if they do it to 1,000 customers, they get +1,000€ just from this sneaky cheating.

I recently purchased several Eveline creams from their official website with the intention of giving them as gifts. However, upon receiving the products, I was very disappointed to find that the expiration dates are extremely close (within 6 months). It is unacceptable to send products so close to their expiry date without clearly informing customers at the time of purchase. This makes the creams unsuitable as gifts and creates a very negative shopping experience.
I have sent emails to customer service but anybody has not responded yet.

I ordered several Eveline creams online to give as gifts, but unfortunately, the products I received have very short expiration dates.
Later, I sent an email to customer service and they refunded.
This is nice to see they care about their clients.

I tried Eveline Micellar Face Wash Gel based on the label “sensitive” skin, however two days after use, I started noticing a skin reaction on my face.
I would refer back to my old facewash, which I have been using with no skin issues.

Giving this a 3 star for now due to only just starting using it I have been using the slim extreme 4D scalpel and it's doing something I applied it to my arms thighs chin and neck been using it for around 4 days of a night before bed the warm isn't too warm and was applying tonight and it was painful the areas I have been applying it to hurt to touch like I have been in a fight 😂 I am hoping that this means it working and I am not having a reaction 😂 but we will see I will edit the review when I know for sure

I have purchased an item of eveline.eu, Eveline Cosmetics S.A. sp.k. , Name of the product: "Eveline Cosmetics Laser Therapy Total Lift". The product is over priced and after using for 15 days and still there is no result. I'm really dissatisfied. Very bad product. No result. Huge price. Highly not Recommended!!!

It's a fraud! They put one price when you buy online and then change it, adding the price for shipment (giving some extra discounts that reduce your price that it's lower that include free shipment). The problem is that they add it only on the last step, so you can make an order being sure that you have free shipment.
Then it's not possible to cancel the order, even one minute after the order, and the support is not helpful!
Given that they change the price, I consider it's a fraud and I will never use it again!
