I just began using this product. Perhaps as I continue to use the one bottle I bought I will see it helps my hair.
For now, I find the scent very off putting. For those who are not used to using any fragrance, and are sensitive to chemical products and scents : this product has such a strong perfume that I feel embarrassed to go out after applying it because it smells as if I had just put on a cheap perfume or perfume at all and I don’t wear perfume. The scent is way way too strong. The product is made to help hair fall etc not to act as a perfume. I simply don’t understand why they would add such strong perfumed scent. I hope this feedback helps those who make the product to improve. Same with their face cream.

Having been very pleased with the previous Cellexia product I bought (wrinkle filler gel) I decided to try their dark spot precision corrector and having now used it for approximately 4 weeks I am equally pleased with this product as a small dark patch on my face is definitely less obvious. Very happy with purchase. I just wish I could see the content in the container then I know when to reorder.

After I purchased the product directly from Cellexia's website, where I was charged 5.65 for shipping, I received a bill from FedEx for 23.00 for customs duties. This was not conveyed in any portion of the checkout process or anywhere else. When contacted, a rep from Cellexia stated that this was in their shipping declaration, but they will reimburse me, and they did.

The cream was an average face cream, no knock your socks off stuff. My disappointment is that I have an overdue FedEx bill for customs to get this stuff. I wont order another one. It is not work the price they charge plus the FedEx fee.

I thought I'd give it a go after I saw such good reviews. But I have to say it did nothing. I only used it on my marionette lines, twice daily for months..... Nadda.... Zip....zero. very disappointed after the high price tag.

Much to my surprise shortly after I wrote the review I was contacted by cellexia and given a full refund. I have to give them credit for reaching out so quickly and giving a refund, there was no discussion. I have never experienced that before, to get a refund, it usually a painful, draw out process. Sure, it didn't work for me, I gave it a shot but I wasn't expecting a refund. Cudos to Josh, and cellexia. The after sale service is worth 5 stars for that.

An add popped up on my feed this morning in a so-called genuine research for effective cream where they place this brand as number 1. Went on their website and to my surprise, they gave all kinds of info about the jar, all except for its content in millilitres. Went on the feed again and tried to post a remark but that was refused. Checked again on Trustpilot and read all the one star comments and concluded I would not purchase this brand. Back again to my feed, I noticed that this so-called honest research by a certain UK association is a paid advertisement which people do not notice. Especially for the UK it is a deceit as there's apparently a high taxation plus shipment fee. I do not live in the UK but through this Trustpilot I found out that this huge jar that they show on all advertisements is a mere 30ml

Very disappointed with cellaxia. Just finished the face cream, took the pot to pieces and found the bottom , biggest component of the pot, had not had any cream in at all! The measly 30ml was in the top of the pot! ( Most other face creams come in approx 50ml or above!) And to top it all, no difference to my wrinkles at all!!!

A scientifically researched product with great consistency, scent and packaging.
Useful reminders on routine consistency, rather than ad hoc use of even the greatest product.

The second product that I have tried which is the neck firming cream. I have used it now for around 5 weeks, however, I have not used it as instructed day and night. Even so I have noticed improvement in the area. I am very happy with this product and would recommend. The customer service is excellent.

How come in 2026 companies are still creating products with highly toxic ingredients. This cream contains Cyclomethicone (silicone) which can give you cancer (toxic for liver and lymph), is an endocrine disruptor, neurotoxic and is highly toxic to ecosystems and the environment. (It could be present as traces but we don't know and it's still bad anyway). Why don't you create products that supports human health and the environment instead of trying to make money at all costs? If I knew that, I would not have bought it and will never buy from you again.

I felt the product was average. I paid 5.95 shipping fees. 3 weeks later I got a bill from fed ex for 22.70 for customs and disbursement fees. This was unexpected. I live in Ohio.

The menthol leaves you tingly, so not fond of that, it’s unnecessary & doesn’t help skin. Otherwise thrilled with skin cream. Never tried serum & eye cream due to massive prices but love the one product I’m using daily.

I liked the product but $85 for .5 oz of cream is way too expensive. Also imagine my surprise when I got a bill from FedEx for duty due of $22 as product was shipped from Germany.

Doesn’t do a damn thing comes in large jar only 1/8 full of product

This cream is excellent it really exceeding my expectations. I have an auto immune skin condition which means I have lines around my lip and mouth area caused by the condition. This is the first cream that has made any real impact on softening these lines.

While I like the products I am very unhappy about a custom and tax bill of £44.30 out of the blue because I ordered over a certain amount beware in the UK if you order over a certain amount you will get excessive tax bills very unhappy when company offered £22 back not good enough when there is no clear information on the site it needs to in bold and the amount that incurs additional charges

I discovered Cellexia by accident. I was looking to buy my usual high end neck cream and stumbled across independent scientific tests of similar brands. As the Cellexia stats were so impressive, I decided to give it a try. The visible results came fast with a reduction in the appearance of my 'tech neck' and necklines overall. I decided to try the deep line filler next for my nose to mouth lines and they have now greatly reduced too - they're no longer deep so makeup doesn't sink in. The eye cream was next and at 53, my eyes now look brighter with a reduced hooded effect. I am extremely happy with Cellexia products which deliver exactly what they promise more cheaply than similar science-based brands. Their customer service is also brilliant - when I had trouble dispensing neck cream, I received a quick response that resolved the problem. Eyeing up the jawline contour for my next purchase.

The lotion is thin and only lasted about 2 weeks. That would make a one month supply about 160. Crazy. To make matters worse today I got an invoice from Fedex as per DHS for 23.00. As it turns out, this product arrived from Germany. So much for free shipping.
