The product delivers what it promises. I feel my lips fuller and well-cared-for. You need to be constant but it works.

I have ordered a few times now and the products are great,recently I got charged from fedex and unbeknown to me as the order was over a certain amount I got a bill to pay for delivery, I contacted Cellexia and as a gesture of goodwill they have refunded me the charge. I got the Neck Wrinkle Cream and Cellular Renewal Cream, I've never used creams before but I've hit an age where I have a crepey neck and jowls appearing. I done a bit of research and although this stuff is expensive it looked like it was a top notch formula and the reviews were great. I started using it nearly 6 weeks ago, initially it really improved the appearance of my skin in general and my family commented how nice my skin looked. I decided to do progress pics and the difference it has made to my sagging jowls is already noticeable and my jawline is tighter and more defined, these are the areas I really wanted to see improvement in so I am really happy! My crepey skin at the front of my neck is very slightly better, but not as noticeable as my jowls and jawline, maybe this will improve more over time? Generally my face just looks overall younger and the fine lines have lessened and my skin has a fresh glow rather than looking tired, obviously it hasn't really done much for my deep laughter lines, but I didn't expect it to. Overall I am pleasantly surprised at how well this has worked and will certainly re-buy more when this has run out, its worth the money to feel more confident and a bit younger.

This gel, using a pea size as recommended, lasted me 2 weeks. I took the tube apart and the bit that holds the gel is half the size of what they are advertising. Such a con at a mega cost.

First when I received my products they were packaged so poorly that jar of neck cream was broken, but still usable. Second the pump mechanism for the neck cream gave out after a while. Third I just received a $29.50 bill from FedEx because the Celexia Company did not pay for duty fees. Dont really see any benefit from this neck cream I have been using sine I received it in June either.

I tried the renewal cream after deciding I wanted to give an an anti wrinkle cream a go. After 3 to 4 applications I came out in a rash/acne all around my mouth and nose. This hasn't ever happened to me before with any other product and I haven't ever had acne in the past. It looks like acne and then drys out and the skin flakes off and then repeats. I haven't used the product now for over 4 weeks and the rash/acne is still there and showing no signs of recovering. On top of this as others have noted the strong scent in it really irriatates the eyes. I seriously regret ever buying this product.

A week or so after I placed my order on Sept 10, 2026,I started getting texts, emails and missed calls from FedEx saying I have a package on delivery for which I had to pay duty and taxes. As this type of scam has been around forever, I ignored them. Finally one got through to me, and I asked who the shipper is, and they said Cellexia. Oh, ok. This is not a scam. However, I wasn't pleased to have to pay 28.25 on top of the cost of the serum. So just wanted to make your Canadian customrs aware of this additional unexpected cost.
Re the goods, I used it up in about 3 weeks without sadly seeing any difference. I wish that wasn't so as I was really hoping! It is entirely possible I would but at $ 113 for the product and $ 28.25 per shipment, it is getting too expensive for me.

order #344067 I purchased three jars of cream as part of your discount offer. After receiving the order, I was charged £69 in import taxes and fees. Before purchasing, I was not clearly informed that the company ships from outside the UK or that I might have to pay additional charges on delivery.

As a result, the total cost was much higher than I expected, and buying the jars separately may have been cheaper than using your offer. I also contacted your customer support but have not received a reply.

Please explain why these charges were not clearly disclosed before purchase and whether you will reimburse any part of the additional cost. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in your company, and I do not intend to purchase from you again.

The star rating isn’t because of the product but the cost of receiving the goods when your order isn’t delivered to the EU. I didn’t read the small print! The delivery time scale was spot on and the product is fab. But i wont be ordering again as I had to pay a whopping duty charge of £42! In the small print is state ‘duty is outside our control but if it happens we are here to help’ I emailed Cellexia and haven’t even had a response. So beware when ordering, if you are in the EU happy days but UK think twice!

They eventually responded and paid me the duty costs, thank you. I’d still be wary of ordering again.

This is absolutely fraudulent… mostly water as it evaporates very quickly once applied, with a tingling and slightly burning sensation which makes you think it is doing something (it is only heating the skin). No improvement, cellulite unchanged, but they rely on hope due to the heating process and sensation. Do not waste your money on this fraudulent product. They provide a small amount which tricks you into thinking you need more to get results which is a marketing ploy !!

I am pleased to see real improvements in my upper arm cellulite reduction, marionette lines, and most significantly, with my new neck cream I saw immediate results. My neck looks years younger. Thank you Cellexia Labs!!

Quick dispatch. Skin felt soft and firm after first few uses. Looking more even toned after about a month. The strong menthol smell and ‘tingle’ initially had me worried for my hyper sensitive skin but it’s not been an issue. Seems worth the money at this point. Will definitely investigate other products.

Buyer Beware! There was only 10ml in the phial. Very misleading packaging. Not enough cream to know if it works. Would never buy again. Feel like I’ve been scammed!

Although the neck cream and jawline cream didn’t work for me after trying it for 60+ days, I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received from Cellexia and their swift response to my enquiries.
They understood my problems with the products and refunded me immediately.

I ordered 5 skin care products and have been using them for two weeks. Still early to say, but my skin already feels tighter, smoother and has a nice glow. Fantastic teint!
I will continue using the products. One less convenient moment is that you can’t anticipate when to make your next order, as you cannot see how much is left in the jar. Although the pump-system of is very good and practical.
