bought what i was informed would be a leather hat . It was a leather lookalike called pleather. Considering the delivery time 3 weeks and the price was for a leather hat it was an unfortunate learning curve . no return to that brand . Slick advertising BUT UNBACKED BY PRODUCT

Was sent the wrong size shoe. Took 2 weeks to receive. Took 13 emails including numerous pictures for them to accept my return. Had to pay $22.29 to return (they demanded tracking), schedule my return, drive to UPS store, take pics of tracking number and receipt. Asked them to reimburse my $22.29 return shipping and was told no. All of this for nothing plus costed me $22.29.

I ordered XL white shirt, received a smaller size like Medium, I ordered again and this time around it's annoying, I received the same shirt size and even dirty.
I will never recommend and buy again from Damon and West.

Ordered shorts and received them in a reasonable time. However the fit was poor and the stitching appeared weak. And the color was different than expected. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I must provide photographic evidence regarding color and fit. In other words, one has to prove to them why you want a refund.
Never again.

SCAM!! The product was garbage made out of crap materials and sewn by clowns. The size was not even close to correct and everything about the product was terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM DAMON WEST. Returns are impossible.

The ABOSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a buying experience. I ordered 3 pairs of Croc Slip On Sneakers and received 3 pairs of shoes totally different in design and quality. The shoes were $180.00 shoes on sale at 75% off. The shoes I received were a totally different knock off version in design and material. I wouldn't pay $10.00 for the shoes I received in a flea market. I consider this false advertisement and a bait and switch. I asked to be fully refunded and was replied with I would have to pay the full cost of return of the errant product. Even during the shipping process I could not track the shoes from the tracking information provided by Damon and West. The amount of time consumed in emails to this company on tracking my product or disputing the received product is not worth any possible discount they could offer. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER THE DISCOUNT!!!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF! I have reported them to my credit card company.

I, like others failed to research this company before ordering. Ordered 3 shirts (on sale). Merchandise received does not look anything like picture in ad. Very poor quality. Labels removed. Hangs like a cheap drape. Just plain ugly. Should have done my due diligence. Won’t be utilizing the 50% off on next order.

Received product did not resemble anything like presented in the add, absolute second class total rubbish into the trash.
Tried to go through returns, blocked me from communication stated that my phone details should be in a different format absolute nonsense did not provide assist as what the format should be.
Stay away from this company .

Just bought a jacket for my husband and he loves it! The size is perfect for his body size and the quality is great. Will definitely buy another item again.

This is my second purchase on this store, I bought the leather cap and my dad really loved it. Came in as what I expected. Transcation was very smooth! Will definitely repusrchase, kudos to this store!

I bought my husband a pair of shoes for his birthday. He loved how the size fits perfectly and how comfortable it is to wear in a daily basis. He was so happy that he can pair it with anything. Also, the delivery was smooth and it was packaged nicely and the product is safe from damages. Nice store. Highly recommended!

The 2 pairs of sandals I ordered have a severe chemical smell that makes them impossible to wear. While return shipping doesn't exceed the product cost, paying extra to send them back to China with no guarantee of actually getting a refund feels like throwing even more money down the drain. Extremely disappointed. Do not use this store!

Shoes are terrible sweat shop quality, didn’t even get my size right. They sent it to another state first then their customer support team ghosted me. Do not bother with them, they suck hard

Avoid at any cost. its a scam website. the customer service is an AI bot sending the same msg over and over again. ordered shorts and it wasn't "a wrong item" received it was and Ai pic that didn't match the actual item. Everything was different. the fitting, the colour, the fabric, loose threads everywhere, missing labels. asked for the refund or a return label but they kept offering 50% off the next purchase (that will never be the case) or sending it back to USA and paying almost as much as the refund would have been. Avoid the scamers... (pitty I can't post pictures of what was ordered and wat actually came)

Sandals were delivered to a gate on a public street and not delivered to the front door out of sight to the public. They were stolen as the delivery driver took the package outside of my gate and property. I filled a report with Damon & West’s delivery service which included the pictures of my front door. They said they would get back to me in 10 days. I waited and called (Philippine call center) and they said that no report was received. I have emails confirming that they did. So I have now contacted D & W and waiting for a response with #’s of order.

I bought a pair of sunglasses and never received!

I wish I had read the reviews before i purchased a Linen Breathable shirt. When I saw there was no Manufacturer's label I just knew it was a fake. No more from them

This is for a shirt. Poor packaging. Inferior stitching. Cut more like a woman's than a man's shirt. Very unhappy with my purchase.

One size fits all on their caps is an attractive feature, but poorly executed. My most recent purchase was a leather cap with adjustable tabs on the sides to tighten or loosen within some range. The tabs are virtually impossible to adjust and when finally accomplished the overall fit may be better but the bulging of excess material on the sides is unattractive and comical. I have several similar caps from competitors and have never had this problem. I will stick with my other brands going forward.

As an addendum since I posted my review - customer service and ability to rectify this issue is unavailable. My hat was received with no paperwork, no receipt, no return options. No confirmation order number ever received, only a tracking number once it shipped. Trying to contact Damon & West leads to dead ends and no follow up. Avoid headaches and avoid Damon & West.

Excellent quality and perfect fit.. I received several compliment every time I wear it. Highly recommended
