I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 12th of July 2026. This is the Order #999924625. I am yet to receive this sneakers as there have been a mix up with the address. No one is telling me anything. My calls are not being answered. I am really disappointed and I want my sneakers

I would give lower if I could . Poor quality, ripped out tags , wrinkled low quality material. Stay away from this company

Cheapest looking pair of shoes ever purchased,cheap plastic not woven leather, thru em in the garbage I was so pissed

I ordered a blazer it looks high quality in the picture. but when i received the order made me disappointed because its way different than the picture. looks like a rug in the package. Photos they posted are deceiving than the actual products they are selling really really bad. Scamming your customers online will make Damon & West image really bad.

I purchased shoes and a leather wallet. I was a first time buyer. The shoes fit me well and I liked their appearance; however, they were constructed from very light weight materials, almost like slippers. I don't expect them to last very long .

The wallet seemed nice enough on arrival, although a zipper to a small pocket wouldn't close. I have used the wallet now for a month, and have ordered a replacement from another company, due to other problems. First, the fabric lining the inside of the wallet came loose after 4 weeks of use. More significantly, the opening where you slide a credit card in is too small. You can get a card in with great difficulty, but it's very hard to do so as the leather is stiff and doesn't "give" at all. Getting a card out is even more difficult.

The company's products look very good, but are not well made. I won't buy from them again. Delivery was fast.

I bought a pair of loafer shoes for my boyfriend and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The material feels premium and the size chart was accurate and they fit him perfectly. I also needed help changing delivery location and the customer service team was helpful and responsive!

this is a scam company. i ordered some pants from them that did not fit, right away I asked the steps for a return - not only was it almost impossible to get ahold of anyone, they had me pay for all the shipping and handling for the return and made it extremely difficult. there are better options and the quality is below average

I purchased a pair of mens sandals size 8.5M from Damon West. It took a long time to receive them and the size is about 2 sizes to big. They are making me jump through hoops in millimeters and centimeters, asking for pictures etc... when their websit clearly says "all sizes are U.S.". The size on the sandals are 42?? This is a European size equivalent to a 9-9.5. What a scam.

Ordered 3xlarge shirts it took a vary long time when they arrived they were not even close to a Xtra large. I also noticed that all the tags were removed. This company is a scam. Was sold to take pictures of the shirts and to send China i would have to pay for shipping.

#1: In placing the order I misunderstood the messages I was receiving during the on-line ordering process and mistakenly ordered three pairs of sandals instead of one. However the company rep who I dealt with arranged for a refund of the extra 2 pair with no problem. The refund amounts however were not quite the same as the purchase price and no explanation was offered.
#2 After about 3 weeks the "strong outdoor sandals" arrived. They look great but I wouldn't wear these anywhere except indoors. The sole is extremely soft, has no arch support and bends readily in every direction. Should be called a "slipper" at best! Buyer beware!

The sandals were delivered and they look great. Unfortunately, they do not work for my feet.
Damon West has assured me that I will receive a refund.
Overall, its been a good experience.

Bought a pair of golf shoes and the wrong size was delivered. When requesting a correction I was told it could be corrected after I left a review on this site, which I did but was not made visible. This company Damon west is a scam and in order to continue scamming the are blackmailing the customer in posting positive reviews. My recommendation is do not buy from this company as customer service and attention to client is non existence.

I recently posted a negative review for Damon & West after purchasing a nice pair of Sandals. I am now changing my review to positive due their interest in satisfying my dispute. They seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 pair of their tennis shhows, size 14 med.
Upon arrival inside the package were 2 pair of children's tennis shoes, size 41. European sizes. Upon contacting the comany, for a return label, I was told not to worry about returning the shoes, and I would be given an immediate refund snd a hugh discount for the inconvenience that occurred. I do want a pair of the shoes ordered. The response was quick and I can't ask for more than that!!

I ordered a pair of shoes a size too big. When it was time to exchange them they had to be returned to China. They sat in customs for 4 months with no movement. Damon & West policy is they can't make an exchange until they receive the original item in their warehouse. When I explained the situation to the customer support Rep, they immediately sent me the correct size. Great products, communication and Customer Service. Thank you!

Although the sandals I ordered were too large for me, they were very nice. The customer service was excellent, and arranged for a full refund.

Low quality shoes. I tried to return them to California where they came from but they insisted I send it to China at my expense and the cost of the shoes I was returning for a refund. Scam

Ordered a jacket size Large. Did not fit and quality is not good. Asked to return, they requested I take photos of the item. Sent photos, got no response. Emailed them again, no refund and I have to pay shipping to China.

With this company, what you see is what you get. I just received my beautiful pair of green sandals. At 73 years old, I have never worn a pair of sandals that I ever liked. These are the first ones, put them on they and fit like a glove. They're so comfortable.! And so soft to the touch. ! really love my pair. You should get a pair for yourself.!
